The Flagler Sportfishing Club has scheduled special speakers and classes for the annual Flagler County Home and Lifestyle Show being held this weekend.

Saturday, Jan. 26

10 a.m. — "How to Throw a Cast Net" with Capt. John Shumaker
Shumaker is owner of Shumakers Bait Takers Custom Cast Nets.

11 a.m. — "Fishing Inshore Waters of Flagler County" with Capt. Mike Vickers
Vickers has fished area waters for over 45 years. Capt. Mike is a four time winner of the Ancient City Celebrity Redbone Tournament, has published in Saltwater Sportsman and Yamaha Outdoor Magazine and writes regular fishing columns in the Flagler Palm Coast News Tribune.

Noon — "Fishing with Artificial Bait" with Capt. Leo Hiles
Hiles is a legend in the Indian River and Mosquito Lagoon areas. Hiles is sponsored by Grand Slam Baits. Stop by for a free bait sample.

1 p.m. — "Shrimping" with Capt. Lee Noga
Noga will teach you how to catch shrimp year round, not just "when they are runnin'." She is featured in Florida Sportsman Magazine and writes for Coastal Angler and has appeared on the Avid Angler TV series.

2 p.m. — "Fishing the Tomoka Basin" with Capt. Todd Wynn
Wynn has fished for tarpon, reds and snook in the Tomoka Basins for 25 years.

3 p.m. — "Surf Fishing" with Capt. Jeff Rafter 
Rafter has lived in the area and knows how to 'read the surf' with the best of them.

Sunday, Jan. 27

11 a.m. — "Fly Fishing" with Capt. Kent Gibbons
Gibbons has over 40 years experience on Florida waters and is a three time IGFA world record holder. Whether you are a novice or experienced fly fisherman, this is a must attend seminar.

Noon — "Pier fishing" with Capt. Larry Finch
Better known as 'Larry the Fisherman Finch,' our speaker will share his over four decades of fishing knowledge. Finch is regularly featured on Florida Sportsman television as well as in many fishing magazines and newspaper fishing columns.

1 p.m. — "Fishing the Ormond / Daytona Waters" with Capt. Scott Blanford
Blanford grew up with fishing as a way of life and has developed a natural instinct to catching fish.He will share these techniques and other information that will help you become better fishermen.

2 p.m. — "How to fish with Jerk Baits and Paddle Tail Lures" with Capt. Mike Reeves
Owner of Stinky Fingers Baits, Reeves will share how to use this new bait being introduced into local bait shops. Stop by for a free sample.
