Flagler deputy dies of natural causes

The following is a release from the Flagler County Sheriff's Office:

Flagler County Sheriff Donald W. Fleming regrets to announce the sudden death of Sgt. Frank Celico, who died at Florida Hospital Flagler Sept. 9, of natural causes.

Celico, 33, joined the Sheriff's Office in May 2000.

“The community and this agency has lost a dedicated professional. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family,” Fleming said.

Details of the arrangements will be announced when they become available.
