Joseph Kowalsky

Joseph Kowalsky is a veteran of the Vietnam War. Kowalsky and his wife Delraine moved to Flagler County in 1970 and have been involved in their community in many ways since. Kowalsky is a life member of the Marine Corps League, and is a past commandant, and past district vice commandant covering three counties, including Flagler. Through the Marine Corps League, he has led efforts to support Toys for Tots, veterans nursing homes, Marine Corps, and scholarship programs. Just to name a few of his additional associations, Kowalsky is a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, a member of the Flagler County Veterans Advisory Council, and member of the Bunnell Masonic Lodge No. 200, where he holds its highest position as worshipful master. He was also a volunteer driver for the Disabled American Veterans for many years. He was Flagler County’s Veteran of the Year in 2018.
