Terry and Lori Williamson, individually, and Terry Williamson, as trustee, sold 508 Cinnamon Beach Lane to Michael and Judy Walter, of Palm Coast, for $1.92 million. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, elevator, shared dune-walk and 4,301 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.
