Flagler Coastal Properties aligns with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate is expanding its growing franchise network with the addition of Flagler Coastal Properties.

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts for Dec. 10-15:

  • Home-based businesses: Red Line Construction LLC, a handyman service; First Class Taxi, taxi service; BWD Services LLC, handyman service

 

PALM COAST PERMITS

The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Dec. 3-9. Total number of all permits issued: 177. Since January 2009, $810,640,057construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

 

Commercial permits applications

KTM Builders Inc. applied for an $875,350 application for interior alterations at Hobby Lobby, 250 Palm Coast Parkway, Building 1100.

Mark Abbotts Custom Renovations applied for a $175,000 application for interior alterations at Palm Nails in Island Walk, 250 Palm Coast Parkway, Unit 701.

 

Commercial permits issued

McCumbers Homes applied for a $150,000 application for interior alterations for kitchen and dining at 4500 Palm Coast Parkway, Building C.

Stephen Kenny & Association applied for a $80,000 application for interior alterations at Salsas Mexican Restaurant at Island Walk, 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE, Unit 401.

Lightholder Building Contractors applied for a $27,238 application for interior alterations for bathroom and electrical at the bowling alley, 11 Old Kings Road N.

 

Residential permits issued

Bellagio Custom Homes was issued $984,000 for a single-family residence at 167 Aspen Way.

Palm Coast Home Construction was issued $373,000 for a single-family residence at 5 Edge Lane.

Seagate Homes was issued $319,000 for a single-family residence at 213 Conservatory Drive.

Seagate Homes was issued $260,000 for a single-family residence at 84 Westchester Lane.

Seagate Homes was issued $232,000 for a single-family residence at 33 Ranshire Lane.

Seagate Homes was issued $232,000 for a single-family residence at 54 Seven Wonders Trail.

Seagate Homes was issued $225,000 for a single-family residence at 123 Lindsay Drive.

Wise Builders was issued $30,000 for an alteration at 8 Casper Drive.

Wise Builders was issued $29,000 for an alteration at 2 Blackberry Place.

Wise Builders was issued $22,000 for an alteration at 20 Zither Court.

Wise Builders was issued $18,000 for an alteration at 2 Fairfax Court.

JLS Builders Inc. was issued $16,000 for an addition at 10 Cardinal Court.

A Certified Screen was issued $15,000 for an addition at 1 Westfalls Lane.

Encompass Enclosure was issued $11,000 for an alteration at 55 Lafayette Lane.

Millers Screen and Repair was issued $11,000 for an addition at 103 Boulder Rock Drive.

G & T Contractor Services was issued $6,000 for an alteration at 49 Auberry Drive.

Custom Home Improvements was issued $3,000 for an alteration at 4 River Park Drive S.

Desiderio Carreiro was issued $2,000 for an addition at 13 Radius Place.

 

Occupancy Permit

Brandon Higginbotham of Flagler County Farm Bureau was issued an occupancy permit for 145 Cypress Point Parkway, Suite 201.

Robert Elkin Designs for Health/Nutritional Supplements was issued an occupancy permit for 6 Commerce Blvd.
