The top real estate transaction for the week of June 7-13 in Flagler County was a house in Flagler Beach on the Matanzas River. Margaret Bizhub and Barbara Maletta, of Ormond Beach, sold 1700 Lambert Ave. to George and Catherine Lorbeck, of Flagler Beach, for $912,500. Built in 1997, the house has five bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a fireplace, boat dock, boat house, swimming pool and 5,215 square feet.

George Roberts and Dawn Arsdale, of Palm Coast, sold 102 Club House Drive, Unit 208, to Thomas Klingel and Lynette De Souza, of Palm Coast, for $415,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,414 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $535,000.
Arthur and Susan Scott, of Palm Coast, sold 11 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1204, to Robert and Diane Bowman, individually and as trustees, for $387,500. Built in 1996, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,490 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $480,000.
Calvin Haggard, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, sold 1772 Central Ave. N., Unit 1772, to Raymond Juliano and Judith Snyder, of Flagler Beach, for $240,000. Built in 1981, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,080 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $78,000.
