A three-story house with ocean views was the top real estate transaction for the week of Nov. 28 to Dec. 4 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Mark and Gina Giblin, of Flagler Beach, sold 3126 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Howard and Alice Anesgart, of Flagler Beach, for $775,000. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, four baths and 2,680 square feet.

Condos

Yulia Borisenko, of Palm Coast, sold 4600 Moody Blvd. E., Unit 7H, to Emmett Brunson, as trustee, for $119,900. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 951 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $65,000.

Belle Terre

Alberto and Lidia Pereira, of Palm Coast, sold 3 Prince John Lane to Robert and Corinne Korb, of Palm Coast, for $272,500. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,661 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $259,900.

Cypress Knoll

George and Linda Godwin, of Hayesville, North Carolina, sold 31 Edison Lane to Linda and Gary Rowell, of Palm Coast, for $296,900. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,212 square feet.

Country Club Harbor

Brandon and Jennifer Fiveash sold 23 Waterfront Cove to Michael and Rachel DeMarsico, of Stamford, Connecticut, for $300,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,913 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $280,000.

Fuquay

Gina and John Podsen, of Epworth, Georgia, sold 2156 Flagler Ave. to Kiana Grabowski, of Flagler Beach, for $280,000. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,161 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $179,000.

Hidden Lakes

Gary Hutchinson and Irene Munson sold 114 Arena Lake Drive to Daniel and Carol Holmes, of Palm Coast, for $330,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,743 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $271,800.

Lehigh Woods

WJH LLC, of Greensboro, North Carolina, sold 15 Renshaw Drive to William Mayoff and Keith Mayoff, of Porter Ranch, California, for $201,895. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,045 square feet.

Matanzas Woods

Christina Dilworth, of Aventura, sold 29 Lewisdale Lane to Bruce Davis II, of Palm Coast, for $232,000. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,864 square feet. It sold in April for $215,000.

Palm Harbor

Nellie Sobolnitsky, individually and as trustee, sold 14 Century Lane to John Cottet Revocable Living Trust for $250,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,762 square feet.

Leah and Jason Linnell sold 22 Fordham Lane to Greg Swartz, of Daytona Beach, for $249,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,849 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $159,000.

Pine Grove

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 8 Point Pleasant Drive to Via Group LLC, of Palm Coast, for $206,500. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,348 square feet.

Pine Lakes

Craig Hill, individually and as trustee, sold 8 Wilden Point to Ronald and April Wyatt, of Palm Coast, for $255,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,000 square feet.

Plantation Bay

William and Margaret Southwick, and Richard Southwick, of Ormond Beach, sold 57 Villa Lago Lane to John Hein, of Ormond Beach, for $271,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,710 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $205,000.

Sea Colony

Kathy Sprole, of Palm Coast, sold 15 Bedford Drive to Richard and Dorothy Nadeau, of Palm Coast, for $215,000. Built in 1987, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,178 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $103,000.
