The top real estate transaction for the week of Aug. 16-22 in Flagler County is in the Atlanta Beach neighborhood of Flagler Beach. John and Gloria Ridenour, individually and as trustees, sold 2644 S. Ocean Shore Blvd. to Keith and Julie Leopard, of Dallas, for $805,000. Built in 1993, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,300 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $805,000. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

Condos

Roger Vaughn, of Palm Coast, sold 19 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 205, to James and Deborah Sciafani, of Palm Coast, for $665,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,340 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $590,000.

William Dixon Jr., of Sea Bright, New Jersey, sold 1601 Central Ave., Unit 101, to Joseph Sullivan and Claudia Hale, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, for $327,000. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,215 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $205,000.

James and Carol Toombs, of Lillian, Alabama, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 567, to Michael Wright and Patricia Perry-Wright, of Milwaukee, for $235,000. Built in 2006, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,351 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $712,000.

Cypress Knoll

Ursulina Martinez, of Palatka, sold 19 Eagle Crest Path to Timothy Wilsey and Kimberly Haney, of Palm Coast, for $199,901. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,922 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $141,300.

Daytona North

Kari Keil, of St. Augustine, sold 4901 Walnut Ave. to Jason and Marci Mettam, of St. Augustine, for $268,000. Built in 2010, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,288 square feet.

Fuquay

Prosper Property Investments LLC, of Hewlett, New York, sold 1832 Daytona Ave. to John and Judith Walker, of Flagler Beach, for $240,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,120 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $155,000.

Grand Haven

Marion and Lavern Yount, of Orange Park, sold 25 Pelican Court to Paul and Claire Levesque, as trustees, for $365,500. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,362 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $362,000.

Richard O’Mara, individually and as representative, sold 14 W. Waterside Parkway to Donald and Annmarie Brennan, of Flagler Beach, for $219,000. Built in 2003, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,613 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $210,000.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. – Jacksonville sold 123 Golf View Court to Judith and John Spencer, of Bunnell, for $193,990. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,714 square feet.

Hammock Dunes

Myra Kipp, individually and as trustee, and William Kipp, of Palm Coast, sold 37 San Gabriel Lane to Clive and Renee Dixon, of Palm Coast, for $640,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,680 square feet.

Ideal Homes at Palm Coast Inc., of Palm Coast, sold 2 Barrington Drive to Phillip and Janet Midiri, of Palm Coast, for $310,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,472 square feet.

Raymond and Joan Davis, individually and as trustees, sold 14 Bunker Hill Drive to Violet and Ronald Licari, of Medford, New York, for $235,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, boat dock and 2,082 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $210,000.

Dane and Nancy Urban, of Fairfield, Iowa, sold 38 Botany Lane to Robert and Jennifer Bauman, of Palm Coast, for $202,500. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,272 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $174,000.

Charles Macaluso and Leslie Picone, of Palm Coast, sold 174 Frankford Lane to Tammy and Joshua Polo, of Dearborn Heights, Michigan, for $233,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,093 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $235,000.

Pine Lakes

Joao and Aida Marques, of Palm Coast, sold 65 Mount Vernon Lane to Kenneth and Connie Vorhis, of Palm Coast, for $289,900. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,829 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $249,000.

Jeffrey and Elizabeth Loberger sold 4 Woodborn Lane to Esteban and Mary Soto, of Palm Coast, for $274,000. Built in 2006, the house has five bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 3,244 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $175,000.
