Flagler Beach house tops the sales list at $975,000

A house on the ocean was the top real estate transaction for the week of June 18-24 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Judith Buhay, of Orlando, sold 3051 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Roger and Laura Herde, of Flagler Beach, for $975,000. Built in 1995, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace, dune walkover and 2,282 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Walter and Roberta Hooker, of Palm Coast, sold 60 Surfview Drive, Unit 822, to Robert and Kathy Harris, of Palm Coast, for $435,000. Built in 2004, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 1,840 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $446,500.

Gerd and Lupe Noel, of Palm Coast, sold 25 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1231, to Christina Berger, of St. Augustine, for $270,000. Built in 2004, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,696 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $599,000.

Bruce Garrison and Steven Thomas, individually and as trustees, sold 49 Hembury Lane, Unit 49, to Andrea Kaser, Gregory Waibel and Linda Kaser, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 1988, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,338 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $99,900.

Conservatory at Hammock Beach

Bellagio Custom Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 432 Bourganville Drive to Arkadiy and Zhann Alter, as trustees, for $439,900. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/3 and has 2,435 square feet.

Cypress Knoll

Mark and Valerie Walston, of Palm Coast, sold 91 Ethan Allen Drive to Michael and Gina Bradley, of Eagle Point, Oregon, for $381,000. Built in 2008, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,603 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $267,500.

William and Lenore Miles, of Port Charlotte, sold 21 Essington Lane to Donovan and Nicole Edwards, of Palm Coast, for $365,000. Built in 2013, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,450 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $315,000.

Flagler Harbor

Robert Walker, of Flagler Beah, sold 119 Flagler Ave. to Mike Willing, of Flagler Beach, for $360,000. Built in 1984, the house is a 2/2 and has a boat dock and 1,220 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $365,000.

Grand Haven

Elena Peck, individually and as trustee, sold 90 River Trail Drive to James and Elizabeth Heafner, of Palm Coast, for $960,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a swimming pool, boat dock and 3,225 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $460,000.

Richard and Joann Ziemann, of Palm Coast, sold 13 Riverbend Drive to Neil and Roberta Schwartz, of Palm Coast, for $460,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,663 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $371,600.

Grand Landings

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 82 Hummingbird Court to Anthony and Chelsea Marino, of Palm Coast, for $259,900. Built in 2019, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,913 square feet.

Lehigh Woods

Richard and Pamela Young sold 86 Raintree Circle to Delene Carlee and Sherrill McVeigh, of Palm Coast, for $223,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,590 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $282,300.

Carol Gatterdam, of St. Augustine, sold 52 Covington Lane to Bradley and Allison Staples, of Palm Coast, for $330,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,885 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $250,000.

Ronnie Nichols, of Palm Coast, sold 36 Colechester Lane to Randy and Raconda Hibbard, of Winter Garden, for $325,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 3,161 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $222,500.

Zoltan Mihalyi and Bernadett Herczeg, of Ponte Vedra Beach, sold 5 Fleetwood Drive to Mikhail Bakanurskiy and Anna Kruglikov, of Palm Coast, for $287,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,459 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $208,000.
