An oceanfront house in Flagler Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of Aug. 2-8 in Flagler County. Bernadette and David Williams, of Ormond Beach, sold 3431 Ocean Shore Blvd. to David and Lisa Midgett, of Reddick, for $940,000. Built in 1998, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,687 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Condos
Melanie Barba, of Mystic, Connecticut, sold 20 Porto Mar, Unit 205, to Robert and Anne Considine, individually and as trustee, for $810,000. Built in 2004, the condo has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,950 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $850,000.
Mark and Diane Stenclik, of Palm Coast, sold 120 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1502, to Marie Salvador, of Palm Coast, for $490,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,463 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $500,000.
Grand Landings Phase One
D.R. Horton Inc. – Jacksonville sold 151 Crepe Myrtle Court to Everett and Lorraine Robinett, of Palm Coast, for $280,500. Built In 2017, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,042 square feet.
Indian Trails
Bradley and Ginger Meader, Susan Meader and Deborah Mullen, of Bunnell, sold 47 Bridgehaven Lane to Robert Mills and Patricia Bailey, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, for $232,500. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,013 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $137,400.
Shaun Sproul and Rebecca Holt, of Palm Coast, sold 45 Birchwood Drive to Wydell Feazell Jr., of Palm Coast, for $220,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,738 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $171,900.
Eric Sheldon, of Stanwood, Michigan, Joseph Sheldon, of Plattenville, Louisiana, and Janice Sheldon, of Prescott Valley, Arizona, sold 62 Bird of Paradise Drive to Navuth Sun, of Palm Coast, for $185,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,644 square feet. It sold in 2000, for $105,000.

Isaac Rodrigues, of Palm Coast, sold 28 Ryken Lane to R. Donald and Leslie Russo, of Palm Coast, for $218,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,295 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $246,600.
Mark and Nancy Bartlett, of Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, sold 38 Rivera Lane to Joseph Kerber, of Palm Coast, for $169,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,213 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $83,300.
