A house in Flagler Beach on the Intracoastal Waterway was the top real estate transaction for the week of July 12-18 in Flagler County. Frederick and Barbara Heine, of Fort Myers, sold 2739 Sunset Inlet Drive to William Vogel, of Flagler Beach, for $650,000. Built in 2015, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, an elevator, fireplace, swimming pool and 2,749 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $480,100.

Michael, Gary and Billy Masters, and Anita Turner sold 3651 Central Ave. S., Unit 209, to George Grubr, of Flagler Beach, for $365,000. Built in 2001, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,716 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $515,000.
Michael and Christine Fullmer, of Doylestown, Pennsylvania, sold 100 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 112, to William Sickler, of Palm Coast, for $249,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $325,000.
Patrick Burns, of Chicago, sold 22 Sherbury Court, Unit 22, to Rochelle Masquefa, of Palm Coast, for $124,900. Built in 1985, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,098 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $90,000.

Kevin and Heather Kelly, of Sanford, sold 15 Armand Beach Drive to Fred Hagan and Marilyn Francis, of Medford, Massachusetts, for $325,500. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,500 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $217,900.
