Flagler Beach house goes for $2.25 million

An oceanfront house was the top real estate transaction for the week of Nov. 18-24 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Victor and Linda Corrigan, of Palm Coast, sold 2711 N. Ocean Shore Blvd. to Bernd Czipri, of Clearwater, for $2.25 million. Built in 2017, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a dune walk and 3,238 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Michael and Donna Sandoval, of Providence, Rhode Island, sold 80 Surfview Drive, Unit 621, to Terry Vereen, as trustee, for $530,000. Built in 2003, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 1,640 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $287,500.

Gary and Pamela Hardesty, of Palm Coast, sold 42 Captains Walk, Unit 42, to John Beckman Jr. and Shawn Cox-Beckman, of Marco Island, for $395,000. Built in 1989, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,565 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $188,000.

Joseph Sullivan, of Royal Oaks, California, sold 9 Mid Oaks Circle, Unit 9, to Juan Munoz, of Glen Allen, Virginia, for $173,500. Built in 1980, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,163 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $62,000.

Atlanta Beach

Gregory and Annette Pusateri, of Starke, sold 2620 Central Ave. S. to Aaron and Kelly Hudson, of Greer, South Carolina, for $552,500. Built in 1993, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,638 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $295,000.

Beach Haven

Rene and Shohreh Fontaine, of Palm Coast, sold 28 Hidden Treasure Drive to James and Tracey Sheppard, as trustees, for $615,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,301 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $485,000.

Belle Terre

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 34 Palmer Lane to James Mezzo Jr. and Donna Comerci-Mezzo, of Palm Coast, for $303,490. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,044 square feet.

James and Susanne Chirco, of Palm Coast, sold 38 Presidential Lane to Fredric and Debra Bedard, of Palm Coast, for $295,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,642 square feet.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 85 Birdie Way to Allen Eichhorn, of Bunnell, for $326,990. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,585 square feet.

Millicent, Fitzroy, Lavern and Joy Harris, of London, United Kingdom, sold 41 Barbera Lane to Julieta Marcano, of Palm Coast, for $240,000. Built in 1992, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,471 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $88,300.

Lehigh Woods

Vincenzo Romano, individually and as trustee, sold 1 Rae Drive to John and Jeanne Spurr, of Redding, California, for $435,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace and 3,380 square feet.

Brite Properties of Florida LLC, of Orlando, sold 41 Rolling Fern Drive to Brenda Lagocki, of Palm Coast, for $325,000. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,779 square feet.

WJHFL LLC, of Greensboro, North Carolina, sold 11 Richel Place to Asmeda Perez, of Palm Coast, for $275,990. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,650 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 31 Post Oak Lane to Thomas and Mary Kipp, of Palm Coast, for $307,635. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,862 square feet.

Pine Lakes

Patrick Slattery Jr., of Palm Coast, sold 51 Woodward Lane to Denise Duez and Theresa Belmont, of Palm Coast, for $387,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,809 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $180,000.

Lee Huang, of Bronxville, New York, sold 112 Westgrill Drive to James and Jamie Banta, of Palm Coast, for $272,000. Built in 1986, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,800 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $95,700.

Mona Dunphy sold 4 Sled Court to Elizabeth and Braden Darkins, of Palm Coast, for $308,000. Built in 2013, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,786 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $154,900.

RH Asset Holdings LLC, of Orlando, sold 11 Sleepy Hollow Trail to Josey and Irene Papoula, of Fall River, Massachusetts, for $269,150. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,500 square feet.

David Hatcher sold 32 New Water Oak Drive to Myung and Gum Hyun, of Marysville, Ohio, for $765,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,632 square feet.
