Flagler Beach house gets more than $1 million

A house in the Golden Beach neighborhood of Flagler Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of Sept. 13-19 in Flagler County. Albert and Kathleen Buschman, individually and as trustees, sold 3017 Ocean Shore Blvd. to William and Zoe Barley, of Fruitland Park, for $1,076,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, an elevator, fireplace, dune walk and 3,242 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $850,000. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

Condos

Charles Sklbo, individually and as trustee, sold 15 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 2502, to Nancy and Paul Davis, of Palm Coast, for $726,000. Built in 1996, the condo has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,068 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $665,000.

The Corncrib Group LLC, of Chicago, sold 200 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 132, to Steven and Kathleen Kloeblen, as trustees, for $379,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $651,500.

Claire Mosenthal, of Washington D.C., sold 3580 S. Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 509, to Ben and Amanda Watson, of High Springs, for $200,000. Built in 1982, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,358 square feet. It sold in 1982 for $85,500.

Belle Terre

June Ginchereau, as representative, sold 12 Pebble Stone Lane to Stephane and Carey Baloy, of Savannah, Georgia, for $198,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,442 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $158,000.

Cypress Knoll

Frank and Eileen Maraviglia sold 146 Eric Drive to Matthew Wagner, of Palm Coast, for $305,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,056 square feet.

Mark Reed, individually and as trustee, sold 41 Elder Drive to Brian and Patricia Chase, of Palm Coast, for $225,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,051 square feet.

Grand Haven

James and Louise Porter, of Palm Coast, sold 30 Scarlet Oak Circle to Larry and Geraldine Marsh, of Cape Coral, for $545,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,494 square feet.

Scott and Elizabeth Fox, of Leesburg, Virginia, sold 43 St. Andrews Court to Elena and Anatoliy Galkin, of Palm Coast, for $285,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,324 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $216,000.

Mikhail and Lyudmila Dubson, of Brooklyn, sold 14 Ibis Court to Joyce, Leslie and Richard Lippert, of Largo, for $255,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,043 square feet.

Hammock Beach

11 Oaks LLC, of St. Augustine, sold 11 Ocean Oaks Lane to Caryn and David Cordoma, of Palm Coast, for $850,000. Built in 2008, the house has five bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a fireplace, elevator, swimming pool and 5,798 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $875,000.

Indian Trails

Shelene and John Reed sold 205 Birchwood Drive to Frank and Eileen Maraviglia, of Palm Coast, for $246,500. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,768 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $240,000.

Anthony and Barbara Carocciolo, of Palm Coast, sold 60 Brookside Lane to Walter and Joyce Cunningham, of Palm Coast, for $235,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,890 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $180,000.

Joanne Quintana and Jose Quintana II, of Palm Coast, sold 24 Boxwood Lane to Mireya Rueda and Nelly Frances, of Palm Coast, for $185,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,014 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $145,000.

Not in Subdivision

Dominik and Halina Kraszewski, of Palm Coast, sold 121 Florida Parka Drive to Andrea Evans, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,331 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $203,000.

Vanessa Mikulka sold 300 Forsyth St. S. to James and Amy Gauvin, of Bunnell, for $132,500. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,338 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $42,500.

Palm Harbor

Gregg Pooler and Marcia Brooks-Pooler, of Golden Oak, sold 239 Coral Reef Court N. to Anita Skillas, of Boca Raton, for $490,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool, boat dock and 3,144 square feet.

Ellen Parker, of Woodmere, Ohio, sold 1 Coconut Court to Rhonda and Keith Waldron, of Palm Coast, for $340,000. Built in 1986, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, boat dock and 2,280 square feet.

David McGettigan, of Port Orange, sold 16 Covington Lane to Marisa Castagna, of Wallingford, Connecticut, for $277,000. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,675 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $251,000.

Pine Grove

Patrick and Heather Gould, of Palm Coast, sold 23 Port Echo Lane to Daniya and Krystle Cherry, of Palm Coast, for $249,900. Built in 2007, the house has five bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,944 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $210,000.

Olso Trading Co. Inc., of Flagler Beach, sold 29 Potterville Lane to Jeffrey James II, of Palm Coast, for $235,000. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,034 square feet.

Brian Gazzoli, of Ormond Beach, sold 13 Pittson Lane to Linda Farlow, of Richmond, Indiana, for $218,000. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,857 square feet.

Pine Lakes

KACS Acquisitions LLC sold 26 Weidner Place to Joseph Wright Jr. and Savannah Evans, of Palm Coast, for $192,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,539 square feet. It sold in May for $123,000.

Donna Patterson, of Palm Coast, sold 16 Wendover Lane to Allen Pontorno, of Palm Coast, for $135,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,247 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $71,500.
