A house across State Road A1A from the ocean in Flagler Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of Oct. 18-24 in Flagler County. John and Patricia Gibbs, of Windemere, sold 2716 S. Ocean Shore Blvd. to Cortopassi Revocable Inter Vivos Trust, of Flagler Beach, for $762,500. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,584 square feet. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

Condos

Daniel and Diane Libera, of Jacksonville, sold 900 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 835, to James and Elizabeth Miller, of Maitland, for $545,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $549,900.

Eddie Jawad, of Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan, sold 5 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1442, to Steven and Elizabeth Stack, of Lake Mary, for $280,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,264 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $472,300.

Keith and Suzanne Ahern, of Palm Coast, sold 14 Broadmore Circle to Joanne Perrotta, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 1981, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,100 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $132,000.

Belle Terre

Paluh’s Integrity Home Buyers LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 55 Perrotti Lane to Eida Diaz and Yovany Martin, of Palm Coast, for $240,000. Built in 2000, the house has six bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,099 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $200,000.

Fairchild Oaks

James and Joyce Dalzell, individually and as trustees, sold 37 Whitehall Court to Robert and Melonie Warner, of Flagler Beach, for $365,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,972 square feet.

Fuquay

Dina Pechmann and Henry Werner sold 1335 S. Central Ave. to Stephen and Lisa Wilmot, of Flagler Beach, for $348,500. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,408 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $305,000.

Grand Haven

Anthony and Julia Mercante, of Palm Coast, sold 11 Lagare St. to Patricia and John Traynor, of St. Augustine, for $445,000. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,023 square feet.

Indian Trails

Jerome and Kathryn Hamlin sold 2 Lakeside Place W. to Glenn Colton, of Palm Coast, for $275,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,987 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $172,400.

Joan Crehan, of Falmouth, Massachusetts, sold 7 Bellmore Place to John Beale and Killian Melugin, of Palm Coast, for $180,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,535 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $107,900.

Lehigh Woods

Anthony and Vanya Tabbitas, of Middleburg, sold 9 Rodger Place to Marshall Weisstein, of Palm Coast, for $200,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,714 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $176,500.

Renato Alfonso, and Manuel and Materesita Alfonso, of Jacksonville, North Carolina, sold 13 Rybark Lane to Christine Irwin, of Palm Coast, for $200,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,993 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $252,600.

Robert Bennett, of Palm Coast, sold 51 Ryecliffe Drive to Puthea Kao and Peeshie Heang, of San Diego, California, for $190,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,754 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $167,500.

Darlene and Bryan Shelley, and Brandy Shelley, of Palm Coast, sold 8 Ryken Lane to Bruce Witty, of Tallahassee, for $163,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,038 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $88,300.

Palm Harbor

Jason and Jennifer Wagner, of Palm Coast, sold 136 Cochise Court to Deborah King, as trustee, for $518,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, boat dock and 2,000 square feet.

Larry and Stephanie Wells, of Palm Coast, sold 8 Firethorn Lane to Joseph Coccimiglio, of Palm Coast, for $185,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,739 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $202,500.

John Graziano, of Keyport, New Jersey, sold 28 Fenwick Lane to Damita Carl, of Palm Coast, for $167,500. Built in 1985, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,658 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $154,000.

Pine Grove

Lev Medvedovsky, of Palm Coast, sold 25 Pittwick Lane to Maria Raymond, of Palm Coast, for $252,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,600 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $218,000.

Dexter and Amanda Lam sold 5 Pointing Place to Leslievette Garcia and German Melan, of Palm Coast, for $164,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,297 square feet. It sold in January for $159,900.

Lilly Marine LLC, of Flagler Beach, sold 37 Postman Lane to Michelle Cade, of Palm Coast, for $157,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $117,000.

Pine Lakes

Marcella Winters, individually and as trustee, sold 48 Westchester Lane to Jose and Adelia Pinheiro, of Woburn, Massachusetts, for $290,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,197 square feet.

Seminole Woods

Hardy and Claudine Auguste, of Ormond Beach, sold 90 Sloganeer Trail to Jessy and Sheena Todd, of Palm Coast, for $249,000. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,233 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $218,900.

Toscana

Applied Building Development of Orlando P.C. Inc., of Davenport, sold 6 New Oak Leaf Drive to Darrell Silveira and Ingrid Rosenhagen, of Palm Coast, for $495,000. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,712 square feet.

Robert Margolin, of West Palm Beach, sold 50 New Water Oak Drive to Derrick and Miriam Griffin, of Palm Coast, for $390,500. Built in 2013, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,619 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $350,000.
