A Flagler Beach home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of June 18-25. Charles Johnson Jr., of Nokomis, sold the home at 3319 N. Oceanshore Blvd. to David Englen and Michelle Stacey, of Orlando, for $705,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, thee baths, a fireplace and 2,252 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $284,500.
 

FLAGLER BEACH
River Oaks
Victor Rugg and Edith Ingenhaag, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1551 Lambert Ave. to Daniel and Ginger Whalen, of Bunnell, for $340,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,254 square feet of living area. It sold in 2000 for $240,000.
 

PALM COAST
Belle Terre
Fannie Mae sold the home at 69 Panorama Drive to Aaron and Beth Evers, of Palm Coast, for $ 120,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,766 square feet of living area.
Fannie Mae sold the home at 41 Parkway Drive to Corey Mach, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,502 square feet of living area.
Fannie Mae sold the home at 14 Patchogue Lane to Suruj Naraine, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,121 square feet of living area.
US Bank Trust sold the home at 34 Pritchard Drive to Robert Hurta, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,437 square feet of living area.
 

Canopy Walk
Fannie Mae sold the condo at 600 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 625, to Bryan and Debra Edwards, of Blakeslee, Pennsylvania, for $222,500. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet of living area.
 

Grand Haven
Edward Dawicki and Catherine Wilkie, of Fairfax, Virginia, sold the home at 90 Waterside Parkway W. to Giovanni and Angelina Ciocca, of Palm Coast, for $200,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,628 square feet of living area.
 

Hammock Beach Villas
Edward and Leigh Moorhouse, of Ponte Vedra Beach, sold the condo at 65 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 832, to Michael and Colette Foley, for $322,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,859 square feet of living area.
 

Lakeside at Matanzas Shores
Horace Hone, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 San Rafael Court to Stuart and Ellin Einhorn, of Palm Coast, for $237,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,792 square feet of living area.
 

Lehigh Woods
Bernard and Brenda Bernier, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 12 Rivergate Lane to Pauline Marro, of Palm Coast, for $200,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,045 square feet of living area.
Benjamin and Elaine Segien, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 23 Ryley Lane to Stephen P. Hoffman Jr., of Palm Coast, for $153,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,268 square feet of living area.
 

Matanzas Woods
Bank of New York sold the home at 10 Lindsay Place to Accord 8 LLC for $131,500. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,856 square feet of living area.
Jason and Brittany Fekete, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 143 London Drive to Michael and Donna Wilkerson, for $220,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,017 square feet of living area.
Gary and Carla Davis, of Culloden, West Virginia, sold the home at 15 Londonderry Drive to Marjorie Lindsey, of Palm Coast, for $196,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,879 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $195,000.

Cathy Ann Mittelstadt and Jody Prince, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 117 Riverwalk Drive S. to Deborah Dalman, of Palm Coast, for $590,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a fireplace, a boat dock, house and lift and 2,748 square feet of living area.
 

Pine Gove
Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 5 Postman Lane to Victor T. Diaz Jr., of Sweetwater, New Jersey, for $94,000.
 

Pine Lakes
Oleksandr Klymovets and Iryna Tokaryeva, sold the home at 5 Wainmont Place to Norman and Vigrinia Rhodes, of Palm Coast, for $186,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,862 square feet of living area.
Martin and Barbara Ann Fanelli, of Morton, Washington, to Daniel Sheridan, of North Port, for $167,500. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,942 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $150,000.
Ann Sharpshair, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 6 Webner Place to Marvin Barrows, of Flagler Beach, for $129,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,784 square feet of living area.
 

Quail Hollow
Fannie Mae sold the home at 34 Lloleeta Place to Dominique and Tyler Bligen, of Palm Coast, for $189,200. Built in 2006, it has six bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 3,935 square feet of living area.
 

Sea Colony
Nicholas and Lyn Buonocore, of Columbia, Connecticut, sold the home at 30 Bristol Lane to Clifford Tredway III and Donna Tredway, of Boonton, New Jersey, for $235,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,722 square feet of living area.
 

Seminole Woods
Horace Smith and Paulette Wilmot, trustees of the Smith-Wilmot Living Trust, of Glenn Dale, Maryland, sold the home at 80 Sleepy Hollow Trail to Timothy and Janice Benton, of Cocoa, for $125,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,770 square feet of living area.
