A Flagler Beach home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of Nov. 20-26, 2014. Charles Kalb, Tony Stivers and Jeffrey Bowyer, of Lake City, sold the home at 2660 S. Oceanshore Blvd. to Arthur and Kayla Williams, of Palatka, for $550,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, a pool and 2,254 square feet of living area.

BUNNELL
Fannie Mae sold the home at 207 Deen Road to Thomas and Rosemary Bratcher, of Bunnell, for $37,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 840 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
George Moody
Judith Lawrence, of Orange City, sold the home at 1212 Daytona Ave. S. to Sarah Kathryn Richardson, of Newberry, for $175,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two bath and 1,242 square feet of living area.

Plantation Bay
South Florida Venture Group Residential LLC sold the home at 938 Stone Lake Drive to Douglas Briggs, of Ormond Beach, for $372,914. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,437 square feet of living area.
Intervest at Plantation Bay sold the home at 644 Elk River Drive to Albert Maenche Jr. and Darlene Maenche, of Ormond Beach, for $296,540. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,815 square feet of living area.

John and Loretta Johnson, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 70 Eagle Harbor Trail to Robert Coulson Sr. and Linda Coulson, of Maryville, Illinois, for $183,500. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,094 square feet of living area.
U.S. Bank National Association sold the home at 34 Emerson Drive to Daryl Rausher, of Bunnell, for $115,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,602 square feet of living area.

Donald and Beverly Robinson, of The Villages, sold the home at 9 Via Capri to Dennis Zinkon, of Haines City, for $210,000. Built in 1993, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a spa and 1,921 square feet of living area.

Beth Alves and Humberto Alves, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 191 Arena Lake Drive to Ross Emery Dietzschold and Carol Ann Dietzschold, of Kansas City, to $220,000. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,748 square feet of living area.
