A house in Flagler Beach was the top residential real estate transaction for the week of April 16-22. Louis M. Steflik and Joy Steflik, trustees, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2253 S. Daytona Ave. to David A. Beck and Lora Nicole Beck, trustees, of Gillette, Wyoming, for $515,000. Built in 2005, the 3/2.5 home has 2,339 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.
Carlos Portela and Maria DeLurde Portela, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 15 Princess Ruth Lane to Jose C. Barreira and Lucia M. Barreira, of Trumbull, Connecticut, for $255,000. Built in 2007, the 3/2 home has 2,235 square feet and previously sold in 2008 for $260,000.
Richard J. Landry, individually and as trustee, of Nottingham, New Hampshire, sold the home at 100 Patric Drive to Rosana Vidal, of Palm Coast, for $230,000. Built in 1981, the 3/2 home has 2,540 square feet.
Joaquim Moutinho and Carol Moutinho, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 24 Elder Drive to Ronald G. Janson, of Palm Coast, for $259,000. Built in 2003, the 3/2 home has 2,052 square feet and sold in 2004 for $226,200.
Mario Castillo and Deborah Castillo, of Summberland Key, sold the home at 1961 Satinwood St. to Edward T. Lindsay, of Palm Coast, for $51,500. Built in 1983, the 3/2 home has 1,296 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $65,000.
Lana Yamnizki, individually and as trustee, of Old Bridge, New Jersey, sold the home at 7 Village Drive N. to Freddie Hall and Ann Lawrence, of Palm Coast, for $397,000. Built in 2008, the 3/3 home has 2,776 square feet. It previously sold in 2006 for $430,600.
Lawrence Petraglia and Crystal Petraglia, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 103 Vireo Drive to Terrence Schweers and Cynthia Schweers, of Palm Coast, for $320,000. Built in 2015, the 4/2 home has 2,258 square feet and previously sold in 2015 for $247,700.
D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 84 Hummingbird Court to Francis C. Ruffalo and Violet R. Ruffalo, of Palm Coast, for $249,990. Built in 2019, the 3/2 home has 1,701 square feet.
Roger Hophan and Robin Zabel sold the home at 111 Fairway Court to Robin A. Aylesworth, of Bunnell, for $185,000. Built in 2017, the 3/2 home has 1,557 square feet and sold in 2017 for $184,000.
Lindsay Oneal Tietje, of Beverly Beach, sold the home at 4 Big Dipper Lane to Keith Parrish, of Palm Coast, for $197,000. Built in 1999, the 3/2 home has 1,547 square feet. It previously sold in 2019 for $170,000.
Ideal Homes at Palm Coast Inc. sold the home at 113 Emerald Lake Drive to Alexis G. Reyes and Lorena L. Reyes, of Palm Coast, for $482,500. Built in 2019, the 4/3 home has 2,604 square feet.
Georgiy Ismakov and Zoya Ismakova, of Brooklyn, New York, sold the home at 38 Farnum Lane to Warrene Yvonne Leonard, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 1997, the 3/2 home has 1,618 square feet.
Ovide N. Mercure Jr. and Marilyn Mercure, of Abbeville, Louisiana, sold the home at 18 Faith Lane to Edwin J. Fenollal and Carmen Fenollal, of Palm Coast, for $169,900. Built in 1979, the 2/2 home has 1,677 square feet and previously sold in 2008 for $126,500.

LGI Homes-Florida LLC, of Woodlands, Texas, sold the home at 45 Pin Oak Drive to George Chester Jr., of Palm Coast, for $247,900. Built in 2019, the 5/3 home has 1,984 square feet.
Angelo John Iacono, of Perrineville, New Jersey, sold the home at 8 Upsala Place to Ronald E. McGuire and Ginger L. McGuire, of Palm Coast, for $183,500. Built in 2004, the 4/2 home has 1,456 square feet and previously sold in 2004 for $135,000.
