Flagler Beach home sells for $1.42 million

A home on the Matanzas River was the top real estate transaction for the week of Nov. 12-18 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Daryl and Patricia Harris, of Flagler Beach, sold 300 Lambert Ave. to William and Stephanie Angrick, of Bethesda, Maryland, for $1.42 million. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/3 with two half-baths, fireplace, boat dock, swimming pool and 3,648 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $400,000. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

 

Condos

B&J Kaplan PC LLC, of Orlando, sold 19 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 305, to John and Jane Hess, of Barboursville, West Virginia, for $657,500. Built in 2005, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 2,340 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $650,000.

 

Lawrence and Deborah Moss, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 104 Surfview Drive, Unit 1104, to James and Carol Hurckes, of Palm Coast, for $339,900. Built in 1994, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,158 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $233,000.

 

Ann Arvela, of Putnam Valley, New York, sold 13 Marina Point Place, Unit 13, to Richard and Elizabeth Neigei, of Palm Coast, for $247,000. Built in 1991, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,565 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $190,000.

 

Belle Terre

Hammock Real Estate Development LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 55 Green Circle to Adolphus and Starlene Evans, of Palm Coast, for $279,500. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,870 square feet.

 

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 64 Princess Ruth Lane to Omar Zuleta and Daisy Mitchell, of Palm Coast, for $195,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,552 square feet.

 

Grand Haven

Dennis and Donna Bissell, of Palm Coast, sold 85 Front St. to Patricia Atack and Dennis Lough, of Palm Coast, for $740,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, shared dock, swimming pool and 2,713 square feet.

 

Hammock Beach

Salvatore and Angelina Mangano, of Palm Coast, sold 28 Oak View Circle E. to Allan and Barbara Reiss, of Palm Coast, for $520,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,528 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $740,000.

 

Hammock Dunes

Thomas and Loran McGlynn, of Midlothian, Virginia, sold 61 Island Estates Parkway to Richard and Linda LeBlanc, of Palm Coast, for $960,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 4/4 and has 3,500 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $732,500.

 

Francis and Patricia Dubie, of Palm Coast, sold 5 Marbella Court to Amanda Teale, of Palm Coast, for $414,500. Built in 1994, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,438 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $366,000.

 

Indian Trails

Vintage Estate Homes LLC sold 58 Burroughs Drive to Matthew Lafleur and Marrianne Blackburn, of Palm Coast, for $281,507. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,148 square feet.

 

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 41 Briarvue Lane to Roberto and Lazara Rodriguez, of Balch Springs, Texas, for $192,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,552 square feet.

 

Lehigh Woods

DLP Homes LLC, of St. Augustine, sold 3 Ripcord Lane to Stephen and Brittney Swarner, of Palm Coast, for $248,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,675 square feet.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 54 Matanzas Lakes Drive to Judith Wilson, of Kansas City, Missouri, for $283,284. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,025 square feet.

LGI Homes Florida LLC, of The Woodlands, Texas, sold 10 Pickwood Place to Kenneth Smith and Tannis Hollins-Smith, of Palm Coast, for $217,900. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,270 square feet.  

 

Pine Lakes

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 17 White Haven Lane to Jake and Judith Haff, of Palm Coast, for $321,250. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,709 square feet.

 

Toscana

Richard and Maureen Smith sold 19 New Water Oak Drive to Ileana Ruiz and Alan Medina, of Palm Coast, for $415,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,563 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $375,000.
