A home on the Matanzas River was the top real estate transaction for the week of Nov. 12-18 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Daryl and Patricia Harris, of Flagler Beach, sold 300 Lambert Ave. to William and Stephanie Angrick, of Bethesda, Maryland, for $1.42 million. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/3 with two half-baths, fireplace, boat dock, swimming pool and 3,648 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $400,000. Lawrence and Deborah Moss, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 104 Surfview Drive, Unit 1104, to James and Carol Hurckes, of Palm Coast, for $339,900. Built in 1994, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,158 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $233,000.
Ann Arvela, of Putnam Valley, New York, sold 13 Marina Point Place, Unit 13, to Richard and Elizabeth Neigei, of Palm Coast, for $247,000. Built in 1991, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,565 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $190,000.
