A Flagler Beach home tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of April 1-8. Richard and Miranda Palmer, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 608 Riverview Road to Larry and Sarah Kerr, of Flagler Beach, for $649,000. Built in 1998, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a dock, a boat house and 3,300 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $500,000.

John F. McInnis and Dorothy McInnis, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 13 Egan Drive to Leroy Hulser and Nancy Ferrari, of Palm Coast, for $267,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,500 square feet of living area.
Joaquim Santos, of Naugatuck, Conn., sold the home at 26 Essington Lane to Arlene Colon, of Wesley Chapel, for $147,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,630 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $140,000.
Grand Haven
Frederick Beutlich, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 3 Deerfield Court to William Jenkins, of Palm Springs, Calif., for $215,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a summer kitchen and 1,640 square feet of living area.
Mitzi Diesing, of Chelsea, Mich., sold the home at 15 Tanglewood Court to David Smith, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,508 square feet of living area.
Angus and Margaret Lander, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 6 Tanglewood Court to Anthony Bellantoni and Kathleen Margolin, of Palm Coast, for $184,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,488 square feet of living area.
Barbara Pyburn, of Naples, sold the home at 12 Village Drive N. to Richard and Francis Boulds, of Danbury, Conn., for $347,500. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,672 square feet of living area.

Dale Pittenger and Deborah Pittenger, both of Palm Coast, sold the home at 18 Barrington Drive to Michael and Joanne Kuczynski, of Port Monmouth, N.J., for $165,000. Built by the sellers in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,419 square feet of living area.
Michael Hodge, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 93 Belvedere Lane to Jacob Harris and Stacy Gower, both of Palm Coast, for $77,900. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,725 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $165,600.
Louis Alcazar and Aide Alcazar Martinez, both of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 Biscay Lane to Clarence and Sue Gomez, of Palm Coast, for $118,300. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,749 square feet of living area.
John Cencerik and Kathryn Colleen Cross, of Daytona Beach, sold the home at 43 Bolling Lane to JKR Investment Group Inc., of Palm Coast, for $61,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,433 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $78,300.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 8 Ryall Lane to Errol and Paulette Payne, of Palm Coast, for $137,000. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,897 square feet of living area.
Therin and Kathleen Dodson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 30 Ryarbor Drive to Daniel and Ellen Schmidt, of Palm Coast, for $143,000. Built by the sellers in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,579 square feet of living area.
Nationstar Mortgage LLC, of Lewisville, Texas, sold the home at 40 Rymer Lane to Shinnecock Properties LLC, of Palm Coast, for $80,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,486 square feet of living area.

Gregory and Francis Cooley, of Charlottesville, Va., sold the condo at 60 Clubhouse Drive, Unit 204, to Charles and Margaret Stanley, of Palm Coast, for $72,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 986 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $70,000.
Palm Harbor
Hamel Hartinger and Timothy Hughes, of Holmes Beach, sold the home at 59 Christopher Court S. to Anthony and Diana Alred, of San Mateo, for $352,500. Built in 1977, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool, a boat dock and 3,340 square feet of living area. It sold in 1999 for $235,000.
Dean Bever and Stephen Spalding, of Walnut Creek, Calif., sold the home at 15 Collins Lane to Sarah Kranz, of Flagler Beach, for $75,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $149,000.
Fannie Mae sold the home at 62 Forrest Hill Drive to Andrew Hitchcock, of Palm Coast, for $146,500. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,014 square feet of living area.
Guy and Cheryl Ford, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 38 Forge Lane to William and Karen Muir, of Lansdowne, Pa., for $142,500. Built in 1989, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,888 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $111,500. The pool was built in 2008.

Lewis Ewell, surviving spouse of Hannah Ewell, of Raleigh, N.C., sold the home at 4 Wheeldon Lane to Ron and Julia Malinin, of Richboro, Pa., for $119,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,256 square feet of living area.
Barbara Duris, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 12 Wildwood Place to Louise Rodriguez, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,511 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $105,000.
Bank of America sold the home at 30 Woodborn Lane to William and Wendy Dow, of Stuart, for $130,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,277 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $260,000.
Seminole Woods
Curtis Robinson, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 8 Slipper Orchid Trail E. to Rodolfo Dezza and Gerald Ditolla, both of Palm Coast, for $83,200. Built by the seller in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,350 square feet of living area.
Fannie Mae sold the home at 86 Ulaturn Trail to Tivus Walker, of Palm Coast, for $155,000. Built in 2005, is has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,659 square feet of living area.
