A contemporary Flagler Beach home overlooking the ocean topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Jan. 9 to Jan. 13. Harvey and Nongnual Dollar, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2000 Central Ave. to Christopher and Donna Kikelhan, of Quakertown, Pa., for $480,000. Built by the sellers in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, an elevator, an RV garage and 2,768 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
Venice Park
Cullis Real Estate Solutions, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 140 Lehigh Avenue to Luke Williams and Andrea Puckett, of Flagler Beach, for $285,000. Built by the seller in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,928 square feet of living area.

Cinnamon Beach
Andrew and Linda Moore, of Lake City, sold Unit 1022 of Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock Condominium to Robert and Pamela Barlow, of Tallahassee, for $215,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $349,900.

Maritime Estates
Jane Singleton, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 39 Deerwood St. to Eric Forrest, of Gainesville, for $289,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a Florida room, a pool and 2,318 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $225,000.

Elizabeth Bellefontaine, of Middletown, N.Y., sold the home at 143 Parkview Drive to Costantino and Carol Sarni, of Palm Coast, for $68,461. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,890 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $122,000.

Canopy Walk
Fannie Mae sold Unit 713 of Canopy Walk Condominium to Richard and Sally Barker, of Palm Coast, for $151,750. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,238 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $317,900.

Indian Trails
Fannie Mae sold the home at 23 Bickwick Lane to Joe and Janice Curbow, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,805 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $260,400.

U.S. Bank sold the home at 160 Bird of Paradise Drive to Isaac Rodrigues and John Soares, of Palm Coast, for $55,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,363 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $190,000.

U.S. Bank sold the home at 26 Richfield Lane to Dennis and Kathleen Rossi, of Flagler Beach, for $69,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,288 square feet of living area.

Richard and Sandra Buonarigo, of Orange, Calif., sold the home at 17 Richardson Drive to William and Laura Quigley, of Geneva, N.Y., for $75,000. Built by the seller in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,500 square feet of living area.

Rafael Rodriguez Jr., of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 10 Lucas Lane to Silas Mmoria, of Palm Coast, for $116,400. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,325 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $310,000.

Palm Harbor
Phillip and Monaca Heinz, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 99 Forrester Place to John and Margaret Corder, of Jasper, Ga., for $245,000. Built by the sellers in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,856 square feet of living area.

Robin Jones, of Toano, Va., sold the home at 63 Fort Caroline Lane to David Blank, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,400 square feet of living area.

Pine Grove
Joan Capaccio, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 42 Patric Drive to Janet Gallant, of Palm Coast, for $130,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,582 square feet of living area. It sold in 1992 for $76,000. The pool was added in 1993.

Freddie Mac sold the home at 24 Pineland Lane to Din Dy and Kesor Sith, of Palm Coast, for $99,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,093 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $202,000.

Seagate Homes, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 179 Point Pleasant Drive to Gary and Shirley Garrison, of Abilene, Texas, for $172,120. Built by the seller in 2011, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,446 square feet of living area.

Kermit Irons, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 100 Pritchard Drive to Joan Cox, of Jacksonville Beach, for $90,000. Built by the seller in 2001, it has five bedrooms, two baths and 2,246 square feet of living area.

Space Coast Credit Union, of Melbourne, sold the home at 2 Palmwood Drive to Pamela O’Neal, of Palm Coast, for $147,000. Built in 2005, it has six bedrooms, four baths and 3,924 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $199,000.

Michael and Janice Stamper, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 61 Wellshire Lane to Christy Stelter, of Palm Coast, for $154,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,996 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $171,000.

Suzanne Lewis and Carrie Radam, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 3 Wheeling Lane to Bryan and Kimberly Weatherford, of Grove Heights, Minn., for $110,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,706 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $166,900.

Tidelands
