Flagler Beach home sells for $437,000

A Flagler Beach home tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of July 15-22. William Thompson, individually and as manager of Star Castles LLC, of Ponte Vedra, sold the home at 2220 Oceanshore Blvd. S. to Christopher and Kimberly Maiocco, of Roswell, Ga., for $437,000. Built in 1986, it has six bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a spa and 3,651 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
Painters Walk
Stephen Fox, of Huntingdon Valley, Pa., sold the home at 3087 Painters Walk to Colin and Sheila Bird, of Staffordshire, England for $405,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool and 2,341 square feet of living area.

PALM COAST
Bella Harbor
Robert Weiss, of Sudsbury, Mass., sold the condo at 300 Bella Harbor Court, Unit 144, to Kjell and Eva Larsson, of Palm Coast, for $210,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,325 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $135,500.

Belle Terre
Arin and Molly Noyes, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 38 Pepperdine Drive to John and Melaine Squires, of Margaretville, N.Y., for $134,888. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,588 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $113,000.

Cinnamon Beach
Atlantic Coastal Management Group LLC, of Palm Coast, sold the condo at 500 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 421, to William Barnard and Teresa Reid, of Gainesville, for $395,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet of living area.

Hidden Lakes
D.R. Horton Inc., of Jacksonville, sold the home at 50 Arrowhead Drive to Emily and Mikel Kettler II, of Palm Coast, for $205,128.

Lehigh Woods
Fannie Mae sold the home at 9 Rainbush Place to Richard and Rebecca Droste, of Bunnell, for $134,500. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,861 square feet of living area.

June and Perman Eubanks Jr., of Palatka, sold the home at 22 Regency Drive to Joseph Mason, of Palm Coast, for $153,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,802 square feet of living area.

Sofya and Alik Shafir, of Sarasota, sold the home at 22 Regency Drive to Armindo and Maria Do Outeiro, of Edison, N.J., for $140,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,116 square feet of living area.

Deutsche Bank sold the home at 6 Rolling Fern Place to Antonio and Maria Amaral, of Palm Coast, for $94,010. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,530 square feet of living area.

Anthony Scalia, of North Caldwell, N.J., sold the home at 41 Rolling Sands Drive to Joseph Volkel III, of Palm Coast, for $152,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,329 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $119,900.

Arthur and Marilyn Bellany, of Lewiston, Maine, sold the home at 1 Round Mill Lane to Thierno Alio Balde, of Jersey City, N.J., for $200,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,566 square feet of living area.

Binnie Nelson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 29 Royal Palm Lane to Marius and Patricia Leemhuis, of Palm Coast, for $94,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,224 square feet of living area.

Wells Fargo Bank National Association, of Frederick, Md., sold the home at 23 Pilgrim Drive to John Napoli, of Palm Coast, for $137,450. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,497 square feet of living space.

Alfred and Carol Wanser, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 31 Pinelynn Drive to Roy and Janice Swisher, of Franklin, Ky., for $114,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,364 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $90,000.

Pine Lakes
PNC Bank National Assocaition, of Pittsburgh, sold the home at 32 Walker Drive to Hannibal and Pamela Hill, of Palm Coast, for $156,007. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,052 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $250,100.

Gary and Paula Walsh, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 3 Wasson Place to Gary and Audra Pounds, of Palm Coast, for $216,900. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool and 2,048 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $289,000.

Carol Race, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 87 Wedgewood Lane to Gay and Robert Seagle, of Palm Coast, for $173,500. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,107 square feet of living area.

Toni and Benson Osmon Jr., of Palm Coast, sold the home at 10 Westbury Lane to Patrick and Elizabeth Holmes, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,219 square feet of living area. It sold in 1999 for $170,000.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 80 Westbury Lane to Thomas Delaney, of Palm Coast, for $117,900. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,656 square feet of living area.

Joe Menendez, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 26 Westcliffe Lane to Kenneth and Anita Martindale, of Palm Coast, for $106,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,247 square feet of living area.

Celso and Maria Mendes, of Palm Coast, sold he home at 45 Westmoreland Drive to Norman and Karen Ingram, of Palm Coast, for $122,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,798 square feet of living area.

Frank and Margaret Collins and Francis and Brenda Collins, of Broadabin, N.Y., sold the home at 53 Wood Haven Drive to Southern Orchid LLC and Tracy Callahan PA, of Flagler Beach, for $125,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,877 square feet of living area. It sold in 2000 for $135,000.

Seminole Woods
U.S. Bank National Association sold the home at 10 Seagull Place to Steven Arena, of Palm Coast, for $95,250. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,376 square feet of living area.

Secretary of Housing and Urban Development sold the home at 46 Sentinel Trail to Michael and Susan Bozzo, of Palm Coast, for $92,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,451 square feet of living area.

Stephanie Moran, as a trustee of the Estate of David Brown, of Merrillville, Ind., sold the home at 18 Smyrna Court to Lisa Lawler and Phillip Stacy, of Palm Coast, for $128,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,503 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $127,000.

Surf Club
Randall and Sharon Pierce, of Palm Coast, sold the condo at 60 Surfview Drive, Unit 124, to Martin Holzman and Marie Mccormick, of Palm Coast, for $377,250. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,786 square feet of living area.

Ronald and Marjorie Fuller, of Hudson, sold the condo at 104 Surfview Drive, Unit 2305, for $215,000. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1158 square feet of living area. It sold in 1998 for $180,000.

Tidelands
Fannie Mae sold the condo at 5 Riverview Bend N., Unit 321, to Linda Deluke, of Rotterdam, N.Y., for $95,001. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,065 square feet of living area.
