A Flagler Beach home tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of May 2-9. Michael Potapow, Nicole Potapow and Kevin Potapow, of Gainesville, sold the home at 3489 N. Oceanshore Blvd. to Newhaven Trust Co., of the Channel Islands, as the trustee of the Rollen Family Revocable Trust, for $1 million. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a private dune walk and 3,674 square feet of living area.

Silver Lake
Douglas Bryan, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2014 N. Daytona Ave. to John and Beatrice Fuller, of Flagler Beach, for $129,900. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,169 square feet of living area. In 2008 it sold for $176,000.
 

Sugar Mill Plantation
David and Deanna Grzech, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 8 Bulow Landing to Jenna and Cortlin Dillon, of Palm Coast, for $400,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool and 3,245 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $485,000.

Belle Terre
Helen Joan Bierdermann, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 42 Princess Kim Lane to Thomas and Deborah Sedlak, of Palm Coast, for $178,000. Built by the seller in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,872 square feet of living area.

John Defoe, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 14 Preston Lane to Brett Jahren, of Palm Coast, for $130,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,020 square feet of living area.
 

Cypress Knoll
Boris and Marina Spivak, of Staten Island, N.Y., sold the home at 100 Eastwood Drive to William Naccache, of Ormond Beach, for $114,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,572 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $195,000.
 

Grand Haven
Daniel and Deborah Kearns, of Litchfield, Conn., sold the home at 49 Waterside Parkway W. to Sean and Julie Connors, of Peabody, Mass., for $155,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,613 square feet of living area.

Graham and Carol Helmendach, of Sapphire, N.C., sold the home at 12 Osprey Circle to James and Kathleen Garofalo, of Palm Coast, for $455,000. Built by the sellers in 2003, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 3,288 square feet of living area.

James Garofalo, Kathleen Garofalo and Tina Garofalo, of Palm Coast, sold the home to John McInnis and Dorothy McInnis, of Palm Coast, for $251,500. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,061 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $205,000.

Donald and Emeline Cameron, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 106 Lagare St. to Charles and Denise Ilmonen, of Palm Coast, for $750,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool, a summer kitchen and 4,306 square feet of living area.

Charles and Betty Meli, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 52 Front St. to Donald and Emeline Cameron, of Palm Coast, for $325,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,347 square feet of living area.
 

Lehigh Woods
Huyquan Kevin Dang and Veronica Dang, of Westminster, Calif., sold the home at 5 Rylin Lane to Michael Petrov, of Forest Hills, N.Y., for $110,000. Built in 200, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,785 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $150,000.

John Soares, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 65 Radcliffe Drive to James Analetto, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 1991, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,107 square feet of living area.

Dawn Thompson, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 3 Rolls Royce Place to Joseph Cooper, of Palm Coast, for $100,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,244 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $190,000.
 

Pine Grove
Eveline Shimonov, of Fresh Meadows, N.Y., sold the home at 35 Postman Lane to Nicolai and Nadejda Marinciuc, of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, for $95,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,899 square feet of living area. In 2005 it sold for $265,800.

Anna Pustylnik, Stephen Pustylnik and Karina Pustylnik, of Merritt Island, sold the home at 34 Port Royal Drive to Boris and Raisa Shvartsbeyn, of Wolcott, Conn., for $95,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,874 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 3 Prince John Lane to Alberto and Lidia Pereira, of Palm Coast, for $142,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,661 square feet of living area.

Penny Powell, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 76 Prince Michael Lane to Carol Weeks, of Palm Coast, for $104,500. Built in 1991, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,632 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $89,900.
 

Pine Lakes
Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, of Pasadena, Calif., sold the home at 125 Whippoorwhill Drive to Equity Trust Co., custodian of the Robert A. Ernst IRA, of Elirya, Ohio, for $88,888. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,508 square feet of living area.

Ronald Spinapolice, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 42 White House Drive to James Overbaugh and Pamela Laverty, of Palm Coast, for $166,400. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,867 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $270,000.

Jerome Scandariato, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 10 Wilmont Place to Lisa Cottrell, of Palm Coast, for $176,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,150 square feet of living area.

David and Blanche House, of Franklin, N.J., sold the home at 4 Winslow Place to Ivan and Carmen Perez, of Vineland, N.J., for $140,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,819 square feet of living area.

Rita Forrester, of Howell, N.J., sold the home at 12 Vanderbilt Place to Jose and Leticia Defigueiredo, of New Bern, N.C., for $220,000. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,073 square feet of living area.

Michael and Patricia Johnson, of Cotuit, Mass., sold the home at 56 Webster Lane to Ronals and Antoinette Wallace, of Gaithersburg, Md., for $145,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,026 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $181,000.

Kaz Gincas, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 80 Kalamazoo Trail to Vladimir and Tatiana Gulpe, of Maple, Ontario, Canada, for $120,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,911 square feet of living area.

K & K Properties of Flagler Inc., of Palm Coast, sold the home at 3 Zorlou Court to Barbara Lee Jefferies, of Palm Coast, for $115,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,095 square feet of living area.
 

Seminole Woods
Todd and Linda Ohlemeier, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 116 Smith Trail to Ernest Martone, of Fort Hill, S.C., for $119,900. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,832 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $234,900.

Ramiro Aguiar Jr. and Shannon Scott, of Hampton Bay, N.Y., sold the home at 13 Sligo Mill Court to Lynnette Thomer, of Palm Coast, for $105,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,226 square feet of living area.

Rafael Zakota, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 16 Seathorn Path to Ryszard Blusewicz and Irena Lisowska-Blusewicz, of Palm Coast, for $110,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,212 square feet of living area.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., of Santa Ana, Calif., sold the home at 425 Underwood Trail to Colin Baker, of Ormond Beach, for $37,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,411 square feet of living area.
