A house in the Sunrise Beach neighborhood of Flagler Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of Sept. 20-26 in Flagler County. Barry and Mary Ramsey, of Beverly Hills, Florida, sold 2211 Central Ave. N. to Timothy Ryan, of Flagler Beach, for $652,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 2,403 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $534,000. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

 

Condos

Rene and Encida Carcamo, of Coconut Creek, sold 146 Palm Coast Resort Blvd., Unit 302, to Joseph and Angela Camit, of Palm Coast, for $269,000. Built in 2007, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,704 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $249,000.

 

R. Clay and Janet Carver, of Woodstock, Georgia, sold 35 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1122, to Frank and Jeannette Dennery, of Freehold, New Jersey, for $209,000. Built in 2002, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,264 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $285,000.

 

Debra Hernandez, of Ormond Beach, sold 45 Riverview Bend S., Unit 1911, to Elaine Hughes, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 2006, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,115 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $180,000.

 

Grand Haven

James and Kathleen Garofalo sold 12 Osprey Circle to Robert and Patricia Barry, of Palm Coast, for $575,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, five baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,288 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $455,000.

 

Elaine Ford, of Ormond Beach, sold 45 Waterside Parkway W. to Nancy Tutor, as trustee, for $217,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,649 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $289,500.

 

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. – Jacksonville sold 224 Grand Reserve Drive to Richard Tilelli, of Bunnell, for $275,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,042 square feet.

 

Indian Trails

James and Fredericka Gest sold 169 Boulder Rock Drive to Victor and Maria Gotay, of Palm Coast, for $400,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,313 square feet.

 

Paul and Catherine Layer, of Palm Coast, sold 55 Bainbridge Lane to Alena and Shawn Aurzada, and Mary Cappos, of Palm Coast, for $268,000. Built in 2004, the house has five bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,943 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $195,000.

 

Kevin Kravantka, of Palm Coast, sold 10 Bruce Lane to Vladimir and Natalya Galburt, of Campbell, California, for $175,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,031 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $199,000.

 

Lehigh Woods

Franck and Marie Florian, and Frank Florian, of Miramar, sold 14 Round Thorn Drive to Jamal Bruton, of Palm Coast, for $215,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,293 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $181,414.

 

Alberto Morais and Florencia Morais, individually and as trustees, and Miguel Morais and Nathan Morais, of Sacramento, California, sold 22 Reinhardt Lane to Richard and Nancy Plass, of Palm Coast, for $180,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,675 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $192,000.

 

Matanzas Woods

George and Elsie Grech, individually and as trustees, sold 56 Lynbrook Drive to Charles and Betty Duckworth, of Abingdon, Maryland, for $305,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 2,341 square feet.

 

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 29 Lyndenhurst Lane to Jared and Dakota Via, of Palm Coast, for $248,650. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,265 square feet.

 

Model Land

Anjon Resort Homes LLC sold 1205 Central Ave. N. to Brenda Hartpence, of Apopka, for $565,000. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 1,940 square feet.

 

Not in Subdivision

John Leuth, of Seminole, sold 93 Utica Path to Peter Melendez and Maria Delgado-Melendez, of Jackson Heights, New York, for $280,000. Built in 2005, the house has five bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,072 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $205,000.

 

Palm Harbor

Brian Mertz sold 71 Fellowship Drive to Quincy Browning, of Lafayette, Colorado, for $230,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,865 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $129,900.

 

Andrew and Karen Clark, of Palm Coast, sold 55 Farragut Drive to Ellen Harkin, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 1974, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,506 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $100,000.

 

Pine Lakes         

Theresa Getman, of Palm Coast, sold 29 Webb Lane to Michael Woods Jr., of Palm Coast, for $224,900. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,002 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $127,000.

 

Wilmington Savings Fund Society FSB, as trustee, sold 4 White House Drive to Cintia Granados, of Palm Coast, for $151,500. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,568 square feet.

 

Plantation Bay

Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 622 Southlake Drive to Brian and Rhonda Battani, of Ormond Beach, for $477,590. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,740 square feet.

 

Sea Colony

Larissa Lincoln, Helen Dikranis and Frank Dikranis sold 56 Bristol Lane to Joseph Susan Conochalla, of Palm Coast, for $240,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,382 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $115,900.

 

Frances Collins, of Manahawkin, New Jersey, sold 27 Andover Drive to Kathryn Lindblad, of Palm Coast, for $205,000. Built in 1995, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,649 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $105,300.

 

Seminole Woods

Lynn and Raymond Barnes, of Palm Coast, sold 3 Senor Place to Steven Hall, of Palm Coast, for $195,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,871 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $215,900.
