Five new businesses establish occupancy in Palm Coast

A total of 139 permits were applied for through the city between Thursday, June 16, and Wednesday, June 22.

Two commercial permits were issued, including one for $8,750, to Cline Construction, for a pedestrian bridge at 60 Memorial Medical Parkway. The second was a $27,823 permit issued to Stephen Rende Roofing, for the removal and replacement of roofs on toll booths and offices at 5000 Palm Coast Parkway S.E.

Certificates of occupancy were also issued to Fancy Sushi, at 5290 E. State Road 100, and Aaron’s Rent Store, at 229 St. Joe Plaza Drive.

Occupancy permits were issued to three other businesses, as well, including Artistic Designs Art Gallery, at 381 Palm Coast Parkway S.W.; Hills Home Care, at 399 Palm Coast Parkway S.W.; and ACME Trophies, at 9 Market Place Court.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Maronda Homes, for a $330,000 single-family dwelling at 201 Underwood Trail. A $45,000 renovation permit was also issued to Viking Contractors, for an addition to 60 Fallen Oak Lane.
