Darcie Heyes, individually and as trustee, sold 2 Cold Spring Court to Emily Gamber, as trustee, for $585,000. Built in 2004, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 4,209 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $480,000.

George and Nell Wilke, of Fayetteville, Georgia, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 470, to Kory Grayson, of Palm Coast, for $340,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,918 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $295,000.
