A total of 174 permits were issued through the city between Wednesday, Dec. 14 and Tuesday, Jan. 3.

Four occupancy permits were issued, to Advance Gastroenterology Center (at 315 Palm Coast Parkway), Coastal Spine & Sport/Chiropractic Acupuncture (10 Cypress Point Parkway), Consigned Retail Furniture (4982 Palm Coast Parkway) and Palm Coast Farmers Market (1 Florida Park Drive).

Two commercial certificates of occupancy were issued. One was issued for interior alterations to Florida Health Care, at 315 Palm Coast Parkway, the other to Delicias Del Portugal Bakery, at 25 Old Kings Road.

A $125,000 commercial permit application was also submitted by Cline Construction, for a sidewalk on Belle Terre Parkway and State Road 100.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Seagate Homes, for a $270,000 single-family residence at 29 Big Horn Drive. The biggest renovation permit went o Whitley Builders Inc., for a $30,000 addition to 3 Coral Reef Ct.
