Early voting for the upcoming Aug. 30 primary election begins Monday, Aug. 15.

Any registered voter eligible to vote in countywide elections can vote in person at any of these three locations:

  • The Flagler County Public Library at 2500 Palm Coast Parkway NW in Palm Coast
  • The Palm Coast Community Center at 305 Palm Coast Parkway NE in Palm Coast
  • The Flagler County Supervisor of Elections Office at the Government Services Building complex at 1769 E. Moody Blvd. in Bunnell.

Voting hours at all three locations are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, including weekends. Early voting will continue through Aug. 27.

Because Florida is a closed-primary state, only voters registered with a party may vote in that party’s partisan primary, but all voters will be able to vote in a number of nonpartisan and universal primary races during the primary election.

As of noon on Friday, Aug. 12, 2,918 ballots had been cast by mail in Flagler County. Of those, 1,563 were Republican, 969 were Democrat and the rest were other parties or no party affiliation.

For more information and to view a sample ballot, visit the Supervisor of Elections website at flaglerelections.com.
