A Dupont Estates home tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of April 9-16. Marie-Claire Moreau and Stuart Moreau, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 28 Rawlins Road to Trevor and Amy Tuggle, of Spotsylvania, Va., for $600,000. Built by the owners in 1999, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a boat dock and 2,404 square feet of living area.

Susan Park, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2412 S. Central Ave. to Nancy Cushing, of Flagler Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,070 square feet of living area.

Marina Bay
The Cirillo Family Trust, of Longwood, sold the condo at 200 Marina Bay Drive, Unit 101 to Joseph McKinley, of Flagler Beach, for $130,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,020 square feet of living area.

Karen Hanley and John Hanley, of Groose Pointe Farms, Mich., sold the condo at 200 Marina Bay Drive, Unit 302, to Deborah Robinson, of Apopka, for $225,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,368 square feet of living area.

Fairchild Oaks
Julio and Lisa Arzola, of Hickory, N.C., sold the home at 1 St. Charles Place to Robert Walls and Reiko Takayama, of Flagler Beach, for $241,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,519 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $230,000. It sold in 2002 for $154,900.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 10 Eastmoore Lane to Keith and Donna Turner, of Palm Coast, for $220,000. The home was built in 2012.

JP Morgan Chase Bank National Association, of Lewisville, Texas, sold the home at 34 Big Bear Lane to Cai Bingxue and Chen Xu, of Los Altos, Calif., for $126,000. Built in in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,364 square feet of living area.

John and Marilyn Stoss, of Chesapeak, Va., sold the home at 190 Belleaire Drive to Larry and Marian Corliss, of Palm Coast, for $148,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,850 square feet of living area.

Steven Thomas and Bruce Garrison, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 48 Louisiana Drive to Robert and Susan McHenry, of Palm Coast, for $185,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,124 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $108,900.
