A house in Hammock Dunes was the top sale in Flagler County for the week of March 12-18 in the Multiple Listing Service. John and Ruby Sanchez, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, sold the home at 103 Island Estates Parkway for $1,279,000 to Dale Baldwin, of Huntington Beach, California. Built in 2017, the home has 3,706 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

 

Grand Haven

John F. and Marylee Giordano, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 48 Osprey Circle to Craig Chalmers and Terri L. Newman, of Palm Coast, for $535,000. Built in 2005, the home has 3,556 square feet. 

William Sr. and Gail Anderson, individually and as trustees, sold the home at 2 Village View Way to Edward Bruce Avena and Sandra Ann Avena, of Palm Coast, for $365,000. Built in 2004, it has 2,159 square feet. It previous sold in 2018 for $350,00.

 

Grand Landings

D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 140 S. Hummingbird Place to Lisa Schall, of Palm Coast, for $264,990. Built in 2018, the home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,913 square feet. 

 

Lehigh Woods

Seagate Homes LLC sold the home at 78 Roxboro Drive to Maria T. Rodriguez, of St. Augustine, for $239,600. Built in 2019, the home has 1,859 square feet.

 

Matanzas Woods

Seagate Homes LLC sold the home at 10 Lindberg Place to Joseph M. and Kristen L. Buccini, of Palm Coast, for $342,300. Built in 2019, the home has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and 3,154 square feet of living area.

 

Ocean Hammock

James Reynolds Cannon and Daina Dee Cannon sold the home at 22 Sandpiper Lane to Rhonda K. and Darrin S. Mossing, of Kingston, Tennesee, for $466,000. Built in 2006, the home has 2,066 square feet of living area. 

 

Palm Harbor

Arnaldo Coehlo Pereira Jr. and Carla Lunua de Miranda, of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, sold the home at 3 Cedar Hollow Court to Joachim and Mariola Kania, of Palos Hills, Illinois, for $405,000. Built in 2017, it has 2,044 square feet. It previously sold in 2017 for $315,400.

 

Plantation Bay

Volusia Residential Construction LLC sold the home at 814 Creekwood Drive to Charles H. DuToit Jr. and Mercedes McCallen, of Ormond Beach, for $360,000. Built in 2019, it has 1,762 square feet of living area.

Thomas B. Fenton, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 622 Elk River Drive to Ann N. and William D. Sullivan Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $323,000. Built in 2018, it has 1,815 square feet. It previously sold in 2018 for $361,000.
