Deputies seek public's help to locate teen missing for 24 hours

Flagler County Sheriff's Office deputies are seeking the public's help to locate Rick Wheeler, a 17-year-old with diminished mental capacity, according to an FCSO news release.

The teen is considered missing and endangered. He was last seen on Friday, Sept. 21, at the Madison Green apartments behind Tom Gibbs Chevrolet on State Road 100. 

Ricky Wheeler is 5 feet, 9 inches tall; 107 pounds; and was last seen wearing Army camouflage shorts, green Nike sneakers and a grey shirt with blue stripes. He was carrying a red and white water bottle. 

The Sheriff's Office is asking anyone with any information to contact the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office at 386-313-4911.
