Deputies respond to smash-and-grab burglaries at Frieda Zamba Swimming Pool

There are no witnesses at this time and no surveillance footage, Sheriff Rick Staly said in a release.

An unknown suspect — or suspects — smashed the driver’s side window of three locked vehicles in the parking lot at Frieda Zamba Swimming Pool in Palm Coast on Tuesday, June 5, according to a news release by the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office.

Over $1,000 in merchandise was stolen as well as a seven-night vacation package, gift cards and other miscellaneous items.

There are no witnesses at this time and no surveillance footage, Sheriff Rick Staly said in a release.

“Be cautious of your surroundings, lock your doors and don’t keep valuables in your vehicle, especially in plain view,” he said.
