Flagler County Sheriff’s Office detectives believe that the man who robbed the Wells Fargo Bank in Town Center in Palm Coast the afternoon of Monday, Oct. 12, is a 37-year-old Quincy, Massachussetts resident named Joseph E. Carrier.

A warrant has been issued for Carrier's arrest, with a $100,000 bond, according to a news release from the Sheriff's Office. Deputies believe that Carrier and a woman they think he is traveling with are still in the Flagler County area.

Carrier is white, 6-foot, 1-inch tall and 150 pounds, and has facial hair, according to the news release.

The Wells Fargo robber was wearing a light pink, button-down collared shirt when he walked into the bank, implied he had a weapon and demanded large bills from a bank teller, surveillance footage shows.

The amount of money he received is undetermined, according to the news release. The robber fled in a black or maroon Buick Encore, and no one was injured in the robbery.

Deputies have asked anyone with information about the robbery to contact Detective Jodi Glasgow or Detective Jon Dopp at 386-586-4801 about case # 15-104475, or to call Crime Stoppers of Northeast Florida at 1-888-277-8477 (TIPS).
