Deputies issue Silver Alert for missing Palm Coast man

Lionel Maloney was safely located around 11 p.m., in Jacksonville, according to Cmdr. Bob Weber, of the Flagler County Sheriff's Office.

FLAGLER COUNTY — The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office has issued a Silver Alert for Lionel Maloney, 79, of 50 Brice Lane, in Palm Coast.

Maloney left his home around 5:30 p.m. Monday, and may be traveling to Washington, D.C., or New York, deputies said in a press release.

Maloney is 5 feet, 8 inches and weights between 200 pounds and 250 pounds. He has white hair. The attached photo shows him with a mustache, which he no longer has.
Maloney was last seen wearing a tan, short-sleeved T‐shirt, tan pants and sandals. It is believed that he has less than $50 cash with him. Maloney is diabetic and suffers from severe dementia.

He is driving a black 2007 four‐door Lexus SE 350 bearing Florida license tag No. 850‐YAE.

Anyone who has seen Maloney is asked to call the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office at 313‐4911.
