Deputies assist feds in two fugitive arrests
Flagler County deputies assisted federal authorities in the arrest of William Tobias-Elliott Tinsley and Jocelyn McLaughlin on the afternoon of Friday, Dec. 15, according to a news release by the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office.
Tinsley and McLaughlin, who had active warrants from St. Johns County, were located at 11 Raintree Lane in Palm Coast.
McLaughlin had an active warrant for neglect of a child. Her bond was set at $5,000.
Both subjects were taken to the Flagler County Detention Facility before they were transferred to St. Johns County.
“Opiates are a plague to our country and we will continue to hunt down those who peddle this poison in our community,” Sheriff Rick Staly said in a release. “We stand ready to work with all law enforcement partners to make our county and country safer.”
