Deputies arrested a Palm Coast woman on Saturday, Nov. 25, following a neighborhood disturbance with a knife, according to a charging affidavit by the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office.

According to six witnesses, 47-year-old Philippa Reid came outside of her house at Eton Lane with a steak knife and threatened to “stab and shoot everyone.”

All six victims said they were in fear of their lives and believed Reid was going to hurt them.

Reid would not come out of her house when deputies initially made contact. After several PA announcements and phone calls were made, she came outside with empty hands.

Reid was arrested and charged with six counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of criminal mischief. She was taken to the Flagler County Detention Facility without incident.
