Daytona Lagoon raised $5,445 during a Christmas in July fundraiser for the Boys & Girls Club Volusia and Flagler Counties. From July 22-29, Daytona Lagoon promoted Christmas in July, which was a reduced waterpark admission or Family Entertainment Center wristband in which The Boys and Girls Club received one dollar from each ticket sold.

“It is so rewarding to be able to give back to our local community, especially after the trying times of the past year. We are so proud of our Volusia and Flagler County families for joining us to support this worthy cause,” says Tyler Currie, general manager of Daytona Lagoon. “We firmly believe in The Boys & Girls Club’s mission to create caring and responsible citizens, and we’re happy that the money could go to a deserving and hard-working organization that works hard to better the lives of the young kids in Volusia and Flagler counties.”
