David M. Brooks, circulation manager for both the Palm Coast Observer and the Ormond Beach Observer, has published his second novel. “As Fate Would Have It” was released on April 8, through Outskirts Press and is now available online at Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble, as a Hardback, Paperback, or an eBook for your Nook, Kindle, or Apple reader.

A fast-paced fictional suspense thriller about a newspaper carrier (no surprise there!) battling with fate for control of one’s own life. Is our destiny predetermined? Would you want to know if it were? Or do we control our own fate?

Brooks' third novel, “The Master Plan,” and a collection of short stories, including the novella, “It’s Only a Dream,” are scheduled for release in early 2022.

Brooks lives in Palm Coast. Visit www.DavidMBrooks.us for more info and links to purchase the book or to buy one directly from the author for quicker delivery.
