A Hammock Dunes home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of April 23-29. Rodney and Linda Daniels, of Waterport, New York, sold the home at 37 Ebb Tide Drive to Armando and Maria Mereso, of Palm Coast, for $280,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,793 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $350,000.
 

BUNNELL
Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 530 County Road 90 E. to Charles Wesley and Krystal Marie Kasper, of Bunnell, for $19,900. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,920 square feet of living area.
 

FLAGLER BEACH
Bulow Woods
OneWest Bank sold the home at 44 Bulow Woods Circle to Mafalda Mangaudis, of Bunnell, for $160,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,165 square feet of living area.

SunTrust Bank sold the home at 1349 N. Oceanshore Blvd. for to Allen Gaylord and Cindy Glover, of Orange Park, for $215,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,680 square feet of living area.

Belle Terre
John and Cherie Davis, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 184 Palmwood Drive to Theresa Kircher, of Greene, New York, for $169,900. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,850 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $106,000.
 

Grand Haven
Larry and Betty Kersey, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 23 Tanglewood Court to David and Aileen Knox, of Gainesville, for $226,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,762 square feet of living area.

D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 7 Arrowhead Drive to Diane and Stanley Brzezinski Jr., of Palm Coast, for $174,900. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, two bath and 1,540 square feet of living area.

Dmitriy Goldgisser, of Brooklyn, New York, sold the home at 12 Pepper Lane to Carol Flavhan, of Palm Coast, for $106,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,392 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $70,000.
U.S. Bank sold the home at 34 Post View Drive to Svetlana Brandon, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,673 square feet of living area.

Jeffrey and Janna Kelly, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 8 Westridge Lane to Samuel and Barbara Rhodes, of Waverly, Ohio, for $139,900. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,613 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $118,900.
Brian and Elizabeth Wheeler, of Palm Coast sold the home at 73 Westrobin Lane to Jacqueline Rizzuto, of Palm Coast, for $130,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,504 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $108,900.
Iva Buck and Jeffrey and Christina Buck, of Paragould, Arizona, sold the home at 10 Whitaker Place to Cristina Campos and Richard Kocik, of Palm Coast, for $130,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,463 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $75,500.
