On Friday December 10th 2021, Cynthia Delores Hunt, Community activist, philanthropist, Blessed and Anointed, Purpose Driven, mother, grandmother, wife, daughter, sister, friend and aunt passed away at her home in Palm Coast Florida.

She was born in Kingston, Jamaica where she attended All Saints elementary and Kingston Technical High School. As a civil service employee for the Jamaican Government, she was a Postmaster and later became an Executive Officer. She migrated to USA in 1969 and resided in Hollis Queens and Montclair, NJ. She migrated to Palm Coast in 1977 where she started working for ITT Community Development. She later became a top class Real Estate Salesperson. She was involved in numerous community activities and received many acknowledgements. Most notable founder and president of United Caribbean Cultural Association (UCCA). Survivors include Daughter(Charlene Hunt), Son Patrick Telfer (Sharon), Grandkids (Sean Telfer (GiGi), Jordan Telfer (Sydney), Corey Telfer (Steph), Kyle (Yossra)), Paternal Beckles Sisters (Esmine, Jem, Melanie, Cynthia, Lovena, Fern). Paternal brothers (John, Perty), Niece (Marcia Samuels), Nephew (Paul Tulloch (Sherry Ann)) and numerous other nieces and nephews.
