Signed, sealed, delivered?
Noon — First Block of Sea Trail. Larceny. A woman stated she placed an order with a department store for some footwear, and she never received the package. The woman called the shipping store, and the representative stated the package was delivered Oct. 25, to her residence. There are no suspects at this time.
Nov. 12
I don’t mean to pry …
2:30 p.m. — 200 Block of Cinnamon Beach Way. Burglary Investigation. A maintenance worker at this property stated that an unknown person used a small tool to pry open the storage room door and remove some cleaning supplies. He advised that the door is easily opened with a small tool and very little prying.
The person removed one spray bottle of Lysol worth $4, 12 automatic deodorizers worth $30 and four light bulbs worth $6. The victim has repaired the door so it is not easily opened, and the maintenance company wants a report for the theft.

Pursed lips
Noon — 100 Block of Flagler Plaza Drive. Larceny Shoplifting. Police arrived to at liquor store in reference to a delayed larceny. The store manager stated that an unknown white female entered the store and stole two bottles of vodka. The manager noticed two bottles were missing from the shelf.
She noticed earlier that a white female accompanied by a black female went down the first aisle of the store. The white woman removed two bottles of vodka and put them in her large purse. The two individuals continued walking around the store and left without paying for the alcohol. The suspect is a heavy-set white woman wearing a pink shirt and black pants and carrying a large purse.

Key club
10:56 p.m. — First Block of Rockefeller Drive. Stolen Vehicle. A woman advised that her 2006 Nissan Sentra was taken from her driveway. She believes she knows who stole the car. She had the keys to the vehicle about the time that her suspect left the residence; then the keys were missing.
The vehicle is owned by a financial institution. About $9,000 is still owed on the car. All payments are up to date and no one else is authorized to drive this car, including the suspect. The vehicle has been entered as stolen, and the woman understands that once the vehicle is entered as stolen that it is considered a felony vehicle.
Nov. 19
Bedroom burglar
1:30 a.m. — First Block of Evans Drive. Larceny. A man stated that he locked his black 9mm Beretta in a lock box in his bedroom. He noticed at approximately 1:30 a.m. the lock box was open, and the gun was missing.
The magazine was in the firearm, and it had eight live rounds in it. There were no live rounds in the chamber. He is unaware of what happened to the weapon. The victim stated he has a dead bolt lock on his bedroom door and usually keeps it locked. There are currently no suspects in the incident.
Nov. 20
Lights out
4 p.m. — First Block of Lansing Lane. Burglary. The property manager advised police this property was vacant, and there was evidence of vandalism. The woman stated that when she arrived to the residence, she found it had significant damage.
The rear glass sliding door was smashed out, along with a rear bedroom window. There was also a hole in the ceiling in the living room where it appears someone attempted to pull the chandelier out of the ceiling. All the damage to the residence was estimated at several thousand dollars. No one had permission or authorization to be on the property. There is no further information at this time.
