Pills pilfered?
6 a.m. — First Block of Willow Grove Place. Larceny Motor Vehicle. A woman went into her 2001 Kia Sportage to get her prescription bottle. She noticed the bottle was missing from the driver’s-side door. The woman touched the vehicle prior to the deputy’s arrival, so he could not locate any fingerprints. There are no suspects at this time.
Step right in
3 a.m. — First Block of Pier Lane. Property Damage. A man informed police that he heard something outside his residence early in the morning. He discovered that the screens to a spare bedroom and the lanai were cut. The screens were valued at $120 total. He said this is the first time this has happened.

6:30 a.m. — First Block of Pine Hill Lane. Larceny Motor Vehicle. A woman advised police that early in the morning, her red Ford Explorer was entered, and an item was missing. She said her Explorer was parked in the driveway at her residence.
In the vehicle, a car title for a silver, two-door Mustang was missing. She advised that she left the doors unlocked, but she did not see or hear anything at the time of the incident. The victim conducted an inventory check of her vehicle and assured police nothing else was missing.
Feb. 13
Loose change even looser
10 a.m. — First Block of Raleigh Drive. Larceny Motor Vehicle. A woman told police she was sure she locked the doors to her 2005 black Kia Sportage.
When she went to her vehicle this morning, she discovered that her GPS, valued at $150, was stolen, along with approximately $15 in loose change.
Free-wheeling four-wheeler
12 a.m.—7800 Block of County Road 304. Stolen Vehicle. A Bunnell resident told police that an unknown person stole his four-wheeler. He looked all over his property, and asked his neighbors if they had seen it. None of the neighbors had seen the four-wheeler, and it is now believed to be stolen. The victim bought the ATV for $300 two or three years ago.
Feb. 15
Pot pals
11:22 p.m. — 100 Block of Waterfront Park Road. Narcotics. A deputy observed a vehicle parked with its interior lights on. He made contact with the white female driver and a white male front right passenger. The deputy smelled a strong marijuana odor emitting from the car. They stated they were “hanging out.” The deputy conducted a search and located a glass smoking pipe and 6.2 grams of marijuana in the vehicle.

Feb. 13
Two saws, three hammers stolen
2:30 p.m. — First Block of Pine Haven Drive. Burglary Residential. A woman told police that her residence was unlawfully entered, and multiple items were stolen. The items that were taken include two white ceiling fans valued at $300 each, one hack saw valued at $25, one coping saw valued at $25, one rubber hammer valued at $35, one claw hammer valued at $25, and one mallet valued at $35.
The two ceiling fans were removed from the master and guest bedroom, and the tools were taken from the garage.
The deputy told the victim the point of entry was the front door to the garage because of pry marks on the door near the knob. Further entry was made through the garage door entering the kitchen. There was also a pry mark near the knob on that door. There were no visible fingerprints at the entry point or inside the house. There was no major damage done to the doors, so the residence can be re-secured. There are no suspects at this time.
