Cracking The Bathroom Window
8:00 a.m. — Property Damage. 100 Block of Farragut Drive. A deputy responded to a home in reference to property damage.
Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with a man that stated an unknown person broke the bathroom window to his house. The man advised the window will cost approximately $200.00 to replace. It is unknown was object was used to break the window and there are no suspects at this time.

More Broken Glass
2:48 a.m. — Burglary - Commercial. 100 Block of Palm Coast Parkway Northeast. A deputy responded to a business in reference to a burglar alarm showing a glass break. The glass pane of the business showed a spider web shaped crack throughout the entire door.
The deputy immediately requested another deputy to arrive on the scene to set up a perimeter around the area. The building was checked and appeared to be secure from entry. A large portion of the glass appeared to have been hit with an unknown object, possibly a concrete or cinder block.
An evidence technician deputy responded to the scene and took photographs of the area. The business was cleared of any possible suspects and it was determined no entry was made. A check of surveillance cameras was attempted, however, none of the camera angles faced the outside interior of the business to gather suspect information.

Beach Break In
12:30 p.m. — Larceny - Motor vehicle. 600 Block of Ocean Shore Boulevard. A deputy arrived on the scene in reference to a car break in.
Upon arrival the deputy made contact with a female advising that while she was on the beach taking photos, an unknown person broke into her driver side window and grabbed her purse.
The woman stated that among missing was a 50mm camera, teal medium sized vinyl purse, $15 cash, Target gift card in the amount of $50.00, a debit card, credit card and a white gold anchor pendant. The woman valued the missing items at approximately $645.00.
A possible suspect vehicle description was given of a SUV leaving the area at a high rate of speed not long after the broken window was discovered.
The deputy then advised the woman to cancel her credit cards, debit card, phone and any other cards that may be missing. The deputy then searched the area for the suspect vehicle which met with negative results.
