The top real estate transaction in the Hammock for Jan. 3 to March 6 was a condominium in Hammock Dunes. Nancy Nance, of Palm Coast, sold 19 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1102, to Kevin and Eileen Van Fleet, of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, for $2.5 million. Built in 2005, the condo has four bedrooms, four baths, two half-baths and 5,521 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $2.5 million. Following is a partial list of other sales.

 

Hammock Beach

Richard and Mary Bowman, of San Diego, California, sold 89 Queen Oaks Lane to Michael and Donna Joyce, of Tallahassee, for $1,450,000. Built in 2008, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, two half-baths, two fireplaces, swimming pool, fountain and 5,455 square feet. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

 

Thomas and Candace Hart, and Helen Mazloum, of Palm Coast, sold 71 Ocean Oaks Lane to Starcevich Family Trust for $950,000. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,688 square feet.

 

Robert and Carol Giannitti, of Bolton, Connecticut, sold 79 Hammock Beach Circle N. to Richard Sebion, of Lake in the Hills, Illinois, for $834,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a fireplace, elevator and 4,531 square feet.

 

Hammock Dunes

Nadine Block, individually and as trustee, sold 2 Rue Renoir to Kerry and Julie Bender, as trustees, for $635,000. Built in 1998, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,747 square feet.

 

Paul Sowell and Candy Alderman, of Palm Coast, sold 7 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 105, to Richard and Glenda Hartung, of Palm Coast, for $571,500. Built in 2003, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,977 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $555,000.

 

Michael and Joanne Chevalier, individually and as trustees, sold 2 Malaga Court to Lawrence and Renee Pitt, of Palm Coast, for $551,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,821 square feet.

 

Cornwell Holdings L.P., of Newport News, Virginia, sold 15 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 2704, to Richard Patrick, of Palm Coast, for $410,000. Built in 1996, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,453 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $500,000.

 

Wilmington Savings Fund Society, as trustee, sold 25 Via Roma to Daniel and Janet Fulga, as trustees, for $407,821. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,789 square feet.

 

Laszlo and Svetland Rausch, of Sanford, North Carolina, sold 35 Casa Bella Circle, Unit 1201, to Arnold and Tobi Burden, of Palm Coast, for $350,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,014 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $285,000.

 

Mires and Brenda Zett, of DeLand, sold 4 Monterrey Drive to Craig Nelson and Karen Craft, of Palm Coast, for $335,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, fireplace, swimming pool and 2,123 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $227,500.

 

Ocean Hammock

Laura and Robert Baca sold 24 Sandpiper Lane to Richard Hatkewicz and Linda Mann, of Palm Coast, for $539,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,581 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $420,000.

 

Guillot Investment Holdings LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 600 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 544, to Karen Scott, of Plymouth, Massachusetts, for $445,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $760,000.

 

Yacht Harbor Village

Don and Lana Steimle, of Ocala, sold 16 Spinaker Circle to Edward and Diana Paterniti, of Palm Coast, for $835,550. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool, elevator and 2,893 square feet.

 

David and Terri Lamont, of Evansville, Indiana, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit A462, to William Mayer Jr. and Stephanie Kenyon, of Waterford, Virginia, for $310,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,918 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $634,000.
