Condo sells for $1 million plus

A condo in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of Oct.31 to Nov. 6 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Laszio and Svetlana Rausch sold 28 Porto Mar, Unit 302, to Michael and Kristi Chiumento, of Palm Coast, for $1,099,000. Built in 2008, the condo has four bedrooms, four baths and 3,697 square feet. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

Condos

Lance and Jeanna Hodes, individually and as trustees, sold 19 Avenue de la Mar, Unit 506, to Thomas and Janice McManus, of Palm Coast, for $935,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,283 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $1.06 million.

Irina Orlov and Maximillian Vorob sold 200 Riverfront Drive, Unit D302, to Robert and Elaine Gillies, as trustees, for $285,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,781 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $456,200.

Cypress Knoll

John and Bonnie McDonald, of Palm Coast, sold 107 Edward Drive to Larry and Teresa McMinn, of Palm Coast, for $398,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,207 square feet.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville sold 111 Grand Reserve Drive to John and Bonnie McDonald, of Bunnell, for $284,000. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,986 square feet.

Cristy Barrick, of Palm Coast, sold 118 Grand Reserve Drive to Jason and Kristy Rhodes, of Bunnell, for $269,547. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,991 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $266,900.

Indian Trails

Shura and Lynbov Shafir, of Brooklyn, sold 2 Botany Lane to Rebecca Ortiz, of Palm Coast, for $214,900. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,893 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $203,400.

Paul and Caitlin Fay, of St. Augustine, sold 56 Berkshire Lane to Jennifer Maiolo, of Palm Coast, for $183,900. Built in 1982, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,532 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $133,000.

Lehigh Woods

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 13 Raeland Lane to Jerzy and Sabina Mordasiewicz, of New Britain, Connecticut, for $235,400. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,832 square feet.

Matanzas Woods

Myriam Loureiro, individually and as trustee, sold 16 Lynbrook Drive to Lois Roller and Karen Cordaro, of Bethpage, New York, for $245,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,639 square feet.

Not in Subdivision

Robert and Paulette Dunkel, of St. Augustine, sold 4 Rosemary Place to John Beem, of Palm Coast, for $405,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,915 square feet.

Palm Grove

William A. Montanez and William and Eva Montanez, of Palm Coast, sold 37 Poinsettia Lane to Cristy Barrick, of Palm Coast, for $260,000. Built in 2006, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a half-bath and 3,004 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $279,900.

Richard and Diane Tirado, of Port Saint Lucie, sold 52 Postwood Drive to Matthew and Stacie Beck, of Palm Coast, for $211,500. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,031 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $245,000.

Palm Harbor

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 14 Cloverdale Court S. to Billy Parsons, of Palm Coast, for $365,650. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool, boat house has 2,962 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $183,000.

Pine Lakes

Marianne and Robert Sturgeon, of Monroe Township, New Jersey, sold 39 Whispering Pines Drive to M&M Dawn LLC, of Flagler Beach, for $122,500. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,511 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $84,500.

Seminole Woods

Thomas and Mariah Russo, of Bunnell, sold 16 Smoke Tree Place to Jackson and Michaela Beall, of Palm Coast, for $263,900. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,210 square feet.

Kyle Wilfong, of Debary, sold 32 Sentinel Trail to Steven Andrews Jr. and Laura Ward, of Palm Coast, for $235,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,725 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $210,000.
