Condo sells for $1.4 million

The top seller for Sept. 20 to Jan. 3 in the Hammock was in Hammock Dunes. Harold and Nancy Shumate, of Alpharetta, Georgia, sold 28 Porto Mar, Unit 301, to Paul and Louise Ussery, of Palm Coast, for $1,431,250. Built in 2007, the condo has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 4,283 square feet.

Hammock Beach

Thomas and Sharon Harlan, individually and as trustees, sold 3 Oak View Circle E. to Jerry Moore and Debra Cooley-Moore, of Palm Coast, for $845,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 3,546 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $1,250,000.

B.A. and J.J. Hindle, of Yorkshire, United Kingdom, sold 24 Sandpiper Lane to Laura and Robert Baca, of Palm Coast, for $420,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,581 square feet.

Bellagio Customs Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 167 Aspen Way to Roger Hophan and Robin Zabel, of Palm Coast, for $409,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,503 square feet.

Hammock Dunes

The top real estate transaction for the week of Nov. 2-8 in Flagler County was a condominium in Hammock Dunes, La Grand Condo. C. Gerald Taylor, individually and as trustee, sold 15 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 2106, to Steven and Lynn Hastings, of Wallkill, New York, for $650,000. Built in 1996, the condo has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,745 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $900,000.

Patricia Williams, individually and as trustee, sold 26 La Costa Place to Gregory Shelko and Meryl Pearl-Shelko, of Palm Coast, for $435,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,419 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $395,000.

Michael Chiumento, as trustee, sold 13 Cordoba Court to M Mahoney Property LLC, of Palm Coast, for $425,000. Built in 1998, the house has five bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 4,341 square feet.

Ocean Hammock

Mark and Brenda Voss, of Linn, Missouri, sold 21 Ocean Ridge Blvd. N. to 21 Ocean Ridge LLC, of Charlotte, North Carolina, for $780,000. Built in 2014, the house has six bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a swimming pool, elevator and 5,196 square feet.

Bellagio Custom Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 12 Lindsay Drive to Norval and Carol Williams, of Palm Coast, for $552,830. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,649 square feet.

Bennedetto and Geraldine Vitullo, of Honeoye Falls, New York, sold 300 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 224, to Christopher Bartholet and Christina Brown-Lifvendahl, of Lake Mary, for $287,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $499,000.
