Condo sells for $1.1 million

A condo in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of Sept. 27 through Oct. 3 in Flagler County. Bradley and Nancy Batten, of Apex, North Carolina, sold 85 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 701, to Barrett and Dorinda Townsend, as trustees, for $1.1 million. Built in 2006, the condo has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,070 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $1,410,000. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

Condos

Harold Murnane III and Kevin Murnane, of Arnold, Maryland, sold 900 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 842, to Michael Scarberry, of Jacksonville, for $450,000 Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $655,000.

Michael and Linda Reino, of Schwenksville, Pennsylvania, sold 5 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1431, to Lori Conner, of Palm Coast, for $263,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,431 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $495,300.

Daniel and Tina Elder, of Flagler Beach, sold 3600 S. Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 311, to Linda Bishop, of Flagler Beach, for $173,000. Built in 1984, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 720 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $150,000.

Country Club Harbor

D.R. Horton Inc. – Jacksonville sold 25 Country Club Harbor Circle to David and Diane Salonius, of Palm Coast, for $260,000. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,701 square feet.

Cypress Knoll

James Felton, of Palm Coast, sold 22 Edgely Lane to JoAnne Tocco and Gina Lagalante, of Palm Coast, for $280,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,554 square feet.

Grand Haven

Robert and Dorthea Willhide, of Ocean City, New Jersey, sold 64 North Park Circle to Richard and Teresa Widman, of Warrenton, Virginia, for $450,000. Built in 2008, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,561 square feet.

Cesar and Karen Pereira, of Chicago, sold 12 North Park Lane to Cynthia and Joseph Price, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, for $350,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,397 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $330,000.

Hammock Beach

Five HBCT LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 5 Hammock Beach Court to L.E. and Phyllis Shepherd, of Palm Coast, for $847,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, elevator and 4,183 square feet.

Indian Trails

James Call, of Matthews, North Carolina, sold 55 Bird of Paradise Drive to Linda Brown and Paul Ross Jr, of Noblesville, Indiana, for $228,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,864 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $113,500.

Charles and Margie Ankrom, of Palm Coast, sold 19 Barkley Lane to David Jackson, of Palm Coast, for $225,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,800 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $119,000.

Richard Cabrera, of Palm Coast, sold 14 Burgess Place to Ted and Susan Mitchell, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,407 square feet.

Island Estates

Nationstar Mortgage LLC, of Coppell, Texas, sold 46 Island Estates Parkway to Kifah and Riad Alkhatib, of Palm Coast, for $763,455. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 4,213 square feet.

Lehigh Woods

Thierno Balde sold 1 Round Mill Lane to Jerry Miller and Joel Luna, of Palm Coast, for $230,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,566 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $200,000.

Ocean Hammock

Bellagio Custom Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 32 Sandpiper Lane to Jeffrey and Elizabeth Currie, of Dublin, Ohio, for $760,000. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,346 square feet.

Palm Coast Plantation

Kerri Carubia, of Palm Coast, sold 42 Lakewalk Drive N. to Quincy and Noelle Morris, of Palm Coast, for $475.000. Built in 2015, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,573 square feet.

Palm Harbor

ALKA Properties Inc., of New Smyrna Beach, sold 35 Carlson Lane to Michael Downes, of Palm Coast, for $360,000. Built in 1998, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, swimming pool, boat dock and 2,049 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $400,000.

Kameika Hampton and Robert Nimmons, of Palm Coast, sold 39 Fischer Lane to Lorenzo Brown, of Port Orange, for $168,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,528 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $99,000.

Pine Grove

Lee Quintana, of Miami, sold 10 Prescott Lane to John and Jennifer Shepard, of Palm Coast, for $147,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 bath and 1,076 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $145,000.

Pine Lakes

Bruce Bellom, of Peekskill, New York, sold 40 Wedge Lane to Nicole and Donnie Taylor, of Amelia Court House, Virginia, for 145,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,497 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $217,000.

Plantation Bay

Volusia Residential Construction LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 887 Creekwood Drive to James and Catherine Collins, of Ormond Beach, for $530,000. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,740 square feet.

Volusia Residential Construction LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 821 Creekwood Drive to Wayne Mott, of Ormond Beach, for $351,700. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2.090 square feet.

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 19 Zodiacal Place to Raul and Tammy Ramirez, of Palm Coast, for $239,650. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,117 square feet.

Ford and Humbert Developers Inc., of Port Orange, sold 74 Upshire Path to Sherrie Jones, of Palm Coast, for $239,900. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,012 square feet.

Stanley and Mary Rogalski, of Sturbridge, Maine, sold 31 Universal Trail to Scott and Georgia Brunt, of Palm Coast, for $225,900. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,044 square feet.
