A condo in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of July 29 to Aug. 4 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Patricia Fretz, individually and as trustee, sold 19 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 106, to Carmen and Frances D’Ambrosio, of Palm Coast, for $1,099,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 4/3.5 and has 2,800 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Reflex Realty Corp., of Silverthorne, Colorado, sold 200 Riverfront Drive, Unit C102, to Janice Weida, of Palm Coast, for $339,900. Built in 2006, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,781 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $217,000.

Mary Broadhurst, of Flagler Beach, sold 6 Ocean Palm Villas N., Unit 6, to Erlinda Bucot-Shu, of Flagler Beach, for $249,000. Built in 1979, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,184 square feet.

Belle Terre

Seneca Singleton, of Detroit, Sandra Saunders, of Rosamond, California, and Tina Saunders, of Roseville, Michigan, sold 60 Parkview Drive to Cupola Homes27 LLC, of Chicago, for $246,000. Built in 1996, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,479 square feet.

Cypress Knoll

David and Stephanie Bautista, of Arlington, Virginia, sold 94 Esperanto Drive to Frantz Defay and Alexandra Ternier, of Roosevelt, New York, for $339,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,512 square feet.

Timothy Gould, of Las Vegas, sold 1604 S. Ocean Shore Blvd. to ZB Properties Palm Coast LLC, of Palm Coast, for $650,000. Built in 1984, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,476 square feet.

Harold Bolton and Victoria Roach, individually and as trustees, sold 1008 S. Daytona Ave. to Parrish Boulware, of Flagler Beach, for $487,500. Built in 1975, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,357 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $290,000.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 77 Birdie Way to Francis and Gae Lucas, of Bunnell, for $317,810. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,986 square feet.
