Condo gets $2.55 million

A condo in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of Sept. 17-23 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Kevin and Eileen Van Fleet, of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, sold 19 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 1102, to Judi Wormeck, of Palm Coast, for $2.55 million. Built in 2005, the condo is a 4/4 with two half-baths and 5,521 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $2.5 million. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Paul Jayachandra and Saraswathi Chandra, individually and as trustees, sold 80 Surfview Drive, Unit 703, to Penelope Nicholson, as trustee, for $405,000. Built in 2004, the unit is a 3/2 and has 1,640 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $340,600.

Charles and Margaret Stanley sold 60 Club House Drive, Unit 204, to Cindy and David McClure, of Port Richey, for $140,000. Built in 1977, the condo is a 2/2 and has 986 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $72,000.

Belle Terre

LGI Homes Florida, of The Woodlands, Texas, sold 45 Princess Dolores Lane to Jeffrey Marianetti and Paulette Marianetti, of Palm Coast, for $224,900. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,463 square feet.

WJH LLC, of Norcross, Georgia, sold 20 Penn Manor Lane to Joshua Rodriguez, of Palm Coast, for $223,990. Built in 2018, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,045 square feet.

Cinnamon Grove

Jimmy and Meredith Davis, of Palm Coast, sold 20 Cinnamon Grove Lane to Tabitha Rutter, of Palm Coast, for $560,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,515 square feet.

Cypress Knoll

Fortunato Pedro, individually and as trustee, sold 18 Essington Lane to Danny and Elizabeth Cook, of Palm Coast, for $360,900. Built in 2018, the house is a 4/2.5 and has 2,368 square feet.

Jean Stoeber, of Middleburg, sold 26 Edmond Place to Carl and Susan Livingston, of Palm Coast, for $270,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,200 square feet.

Grand Haven

Joan Paulus, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 North Park Lane to James and Louise Porter, of Palm Coast, for $405,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,123 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $395,000.

Grand Reserve

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 27 Birdie Way to Andrew Rozycki, of Bunnell, for $260,990. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,799 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 46 Sand Wedge Lane to Liz and Dustin Montano, of Bunnell, for $221,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,862 square feet.

Hammock Dunes

Patricia Lynch, of Palm Coast, sold 4 Corte Del Mar to Stephen Gallagher and Adele Coogan, of Palm Coast, for $379,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 2/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,564 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $349,000.

Indian Trails

John Como, of East Meadow, New York, sold 52 Bird of Paradise Drive to 57 Piedmont LLC, of East Meadow, New York, for $210,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,726 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $170,000.

Lakeside at Matanzas Shores

Kathryn Callaghan, of Milton, Delaware, sold 7 San Diego Lane to Judy Dragon, of Palm Coast, for $286,000. Built in 1992, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,590 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $280,000.

Not in Subdivision

Flagler Properties Group LLC sold 14947 Andalusia Trail to Robin Hines and Jerry Carpenter, of Bunnell, for $575,000. Built in 1995, the house is a 3/3.5 and has a fireplace and 2,686 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $620,000.

Palm Harbor

Donald and Joan Keeler, of Palm Coast, sold 10 Criston Court to Chester and Sonia Solomon, of Waldorf, Maryland, for $420,000. Built in 2010, the house is a 3/3 and has a boat dock and 2,345 square feet.

Trustee Services LLC, as trustee, sold 24 Pine Harbor Drive to Stephanie Hussaini and Andrea Duarte, of Miami, for $254,900. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,505 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $246,000.

Pine Grove

Richard and Lyn Salink, of Palm Coast, sold 50 Pheasant Drive to Jacob Robinson and Daniel Robinson, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 1996, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,042 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $118,000.
