A home in Forest Park Estates tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Jan. 31 to Feb. 4. Randall Smith sold the home at 10 Clementina Court to Philip and Jeanette Chanfrau, of Palm Coast, for $600,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool, a spa and 4,937 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $865,000 in 2005.

Fred and Laurel Lamb, and Stephen and Mary Bukovack, all sold Unit 133 at 200 Cinnamon Beach Way to David and Valerie Hosea, of Indian River, Mich., for $220,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $531,700 in 2005.
Cypress Knoll
Barbara Boezi, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 11 Ellington Drive to Pietro and Angela Piazza, of Palm Coast, for $210,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,910 square feet of living area.

Silvia Roehr, of Palm Coast, sold Unit B-410 at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway to Nicholas Lalvani, of Florham Park, N.J., for $45,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,250 square feet of living area.

Timothy and Janice Meade, of Navarre, sold the home at 23 Beacon Mill Lane to Charles Medlin Jr. and Kristi Medlin, of Flagler Beach, for $85,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,433 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $194,900 in 2005.

Lawrence Lass and Diane Lass, both of Palm Coast, sold the home at 17 Lincoln Lane to Jack and Megan Karpan, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,166 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $241,500 in 2005.

Philip Goodwin Jr. and Megan Goodwin, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 238 Ocean Palm Drive to Andrew Block, of Flagler Beach, for $410,400. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 2,342 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $265,000 in 1999.

Michael Korkes and John Korkes Jr., sold the home at 18 Farmbrook Lane to Theresa Carey, of Palm Coast, for $72,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,411 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $60,000 in 1992.
J. Robert Calloway, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 98 Freemont Turn to Lowell Carmony and Marjory Manske, both of Lake Forest, Ill., for $138,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a spa and 2,009 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $177,500 in 2003.

Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 49 Mount Vernon Lane to Sidney and Anne Rogers, of Palm Coast, for $108,500. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,705 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 2007.
Elena Kotomina and Vitaly Vinogradov, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 9 Wellstream Lane to Igor Belkin, of Palm Coast, for $185,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool, a spa and 3,565 square feet of living area.
Richard Malone, of Wesley Chapel, sold the home at 29 Westcliffe Lane to Arlindo and Maria Alves, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,638 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $244,900 in 2005.

Keith Martino sold the home at 21 Blakeshire Place to Peter and Monica Lund, of Altamonte Springs, for $85,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,772 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $69,000 in 1990.
