Cinnamon Beach home sells for $535,000

CBV Resort Homes’ home in the Cinnamon Beach section of Ocean Hammock topped the week’s sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of March 12 to March 16. CBV 101 LLC, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 503 Cinnamon Beach Lane to John and Patricia Glauner, of Orlando, for $535,000.

Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two baths, two half baths, a home office and 2,651 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
Palma Vista
Nicole Robertson, of Neptune Beach, sold the home at 337 11th St. N. to Michael and Leda Ross, of New Hyde Park, N.Y., for $226,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,698 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $460,000.

Pebble Beach
William and Jean Woods, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 57 Pebble Beach Circle to Wendy Wadinger, of Flagler Beach, for $185,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,425 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $225,000.

FLAGLER COUNTY
Johnson Beach
Mark and Sheila Woods and Barry and Janet Foy, of Hernando, sold the home at 14 First Ave. to Kenneth Johnson, of Palm Coast, for $90,000. It has one bedroom, one bath and 814 square feet of living area.

Plantation Bay
Hill Family Realty LLC, Tamco Corp of Volusia County, BKG Properties LLC and SMT Properties Group LLC sold the home at 99 Bay Lake Drive to Valentine Kohls Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,931 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $115,000.

Surf Club
J.T. Investment Partners LLC, of Orlando, sold condominium Unit 708 of Surf Club III to Engin and Faye Serpersu, of Knoxville, Tenn., for $245,000. It has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,640 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $690,000.

Hammock Beach
Flora Jo Haber, Randy Habor, Nicki Haber and Lynn Barrett, of Leesburg, sold condominium Unit 818-D of The Hammock Beach Club to John and Maria van den Hurk, of Montour Falls, N.Y., for $340,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,676 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $675,000.

John and Phyllis Pionzio, of Palm Coast, sold condominium Unit 1344 of The Villas at Hammock Beach to Jeffrey Griffith, of Raleigh, N.C., for $240,625. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,264 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $426,200.

Hammock Dunes
James and Pamela Henry, of Sausalito, Calif., sold condominium Unit 903 of Casa Bella I to Michael and Susan Holzem, of St. Louis, Mo., for $450,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,480 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $718,900.

Belle Terre
Fannie Mae sold the home at 8 Penndale Place to Coleman Burns, of Palm Coast, for $83,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,342 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $115,300.

Mark Berchanskiy and Yanna Narovlyanskaya, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 140 Persimmon Drive to Anthony and Julieta Costa and Christopher and Carla Lovastik, of New Paltz, N.Y., for $65,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,368 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $169,000.

Gary and Lauren Berrigan, of Hobe Sound, sold condominium Unit 843 of Canopy Walk to Roy Cooper Jr. and Donna Cooper, of Ringgold, Ga., for $148,500. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,238 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $385,000.

Freddie Mac sold the home at 18 Ullman Court to Ernesto and Yvonne Glorioso, of Palm Coast, for $130,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,369 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $198,000.

Stephen and Lynn Warner, of Landenberg, Pa., sold Unit 1933 of Tidelands Condominium to Leonard and Lisa Olim, of South Plainfield, N.J., for $118,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,575 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $482,900.

Barome LLC, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 2011 of Tidelands Condominium to Michael and Kathy Hewitt, of Laytonsville, Md., for $95,500. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,115 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $315,300.
